  The technician showed up precisely on time, and was efficient and knowledgeable (my Dad was a refrigeration engineer, so I'm familiar with the lingo). Took care of everything in good time. No complaints. Did try to sell us on the membership program, but wasn't obnoxious about it. Cheerful fellow. Very happy. Glad to get the checkup done before the summer heat hits us.

  Billy’s professional work was exceptional. He gave a heads up 30 minutes prior to arrival time, diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes, and completed the work in less than 25 minutes. Everything was explained including the issue and the cost of the repair and labor.

  Fine work and pretty good costumer service but way over priced. $100 for a filter replacement that cost $24 at local hardware store. $400+ for a chemical coil cleaning when chemical coil cleaning sells for $12 at the local hardware store. Also, did not honor the parts warranty because I didn't use them for all past maintenance.

  Chris Hadley came out to inspect our system. He was very polite, friendly, and diligent. While he was here, my dad caught his hand in a tree trimmer. Chris was very helpful in our emergency situation. He even helped my dad by bandaging him up! He went above and beyond his duties and I was very impressed!

  I found Honey's Air & Solar on the PG&E website while researching energy saving programs and contractors. I called the office and scheduled an appointment to assess the issue I was having with my HVAC. I was informed I’d get a text reminder before the appointment day, which I received. Then I was pleasantly surprised that shortly before the schedule appointment time I received another text with the service technicians photo and name. This is important in today’s world. I was so grateful they do this. Richard Ybarra called me as well to inform me of his approximate arrival time. This is what I consider awesome customer service!! Richard assessed the situation and determined the issue, he had the part and was able to repair the HVAC the same visit! When I had called to schedule the appointment I was given the pricing for the visit and pricing if I became a member. Well after this great service from Richard and the office staff, I became a member. Doing that gave me a discount on the service and parts. I was very happy with their service. I highly recommend Honey’s Air & Solar. Thank you Richard and Honey’s!!
