  I’ve had a really great experience with Honey’s Air & Solar. The technician, Victor who came out today for my maintenance was amazing, very kind, friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything in great detail. I genuinely felt like he was looking out for me and making sure I understood what was going on with my system. This is actually the second technician I’ve had from Honey’s, and both experiences have been excellent. They’ve always taken great care of me, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I really like their approach to preventative maintenance and catching potential problems before they turn into something bigger and more expensive. I signed up for their yearly inspection/maintenance plan, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it is. It’s hard to find a company you feel like you can trust, and so far Honey’s has definitely earned mine. I would absolutely recommend them!

  Made a call to get my unit check and answer couple questions a they set up a appointment for Monday 8/17/2026 and they call me fitting in the morning to see if they could go check my system today Saturday 8/15/2026 and the technician was good on communication about the work he was going to perform with my family at home thanks Wesley Melott

  As you can imagine the frustration of the AC not working during the August heat, I can honestly say Honey's has always been super responsive and quick with service calls. I had an issue that was proving to be a little more time consuming, but the service tech, Stephen, was very patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate his efforts to help resolve the maintenance issues and Honey's also sent out Wes, another technician to help provide support when needed. Honey's was able to get me up and running in no time. Thank you

  I don't really write reviews. But this was so categorically bad and insulting I thought I'd put it out there. I called Honey's for an estimate to replace my AC. The estimate started off on the wrong foot when the salesman examined my existing unit and confidently told me it was installed 20 years ago. I replied it's 13 years old and he argued with me and told me I was wrong until I showed him how to read the serial number which clearly says it was manufactured the 6th week of 2013. I'd also contacted the city and gotten the permit details. So there was a credibility issue with this guy right off the bat. Then during his sales pitch he made a point of disparaging other companies who might hire people who've been to prison but chosen to turn their life around and learn HVAC. I happen to believe in second chances but he doesn't know that and instead chose to step on a belief of mine. When his estimate came in nearly $6,000 above the next closest estimate and I told him that, he chose to argue without knowing anything about the other estimates, telling me those other competitors are using inferior equipment and installation standards. The installation must be inspected the city so how inferior can it be? He also felt it appropriate to repeatedly argue and tell me I'm incorrect about the actual value his system would add when I choose to sell the home. Telling me I will recoup the full amount spent on the system he's recommending when I sell my home is just incorrect for my particular home. And to argue wth me, the homeowner who's been here over a decade is just ridiculous. As if I haven't had conversations with a realtor about what does and doesn't add appropriate value to my particular home when it comes to selling. I even broke it down for him with actual examples of what does and doesn't make sense upgrading to sell the home and was told I'm wrong on that as well. He also felt the need to point out when I objected to the overall cost, that in his words, my father in law paid for a tankless water heater from Honey's. This is incorrect. That money came from me. I just happened to be out of town at the time my old water heater went out and it needed to be replaced. It was a weird thing to say, highly insulting, and had no bearing on the AC estimate

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish! They were professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is honest, responsive, and takes pride in their work. My heating and cooling system is running perfectly now. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service!
