We put off new flooring for years, due to our ages and logistics of moving everything in a home of 51 years. Arnold, George, Tony, and Jose alleviated all of our fears; did a masterful job; and actually completed the job a day sooner than estimated. Beautiful!!! It was an experience we should have done sooner.

Hands-down, the best place in the valley for your flooring needs. Their showroom is amazing and the staff is extremely patient and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond helping me find exactly what I was looking for. From start to finish their team took exceptional care of me. Between the owner, management, and installation crew I couldn’t be happier.

This is a one year review following the installation of our LVP flooring done last summer. We were initially recommended Floors Plus and were excited to proceed with their business. However we did run into issues during and after installation. We noted all the issues we would like fixed but this became an entirely frustrating process as no one seemed to care that the customer was not satisfied. The actual installation of the floors were done through a third party contracted by Floors Plus. We complained of the gaps between baseboards and the floor, gaps visible between walls and floors panels from panels being cut too short, T molding strips lifting from the ends and wanted these fix before the end of the project; however we were told it “meets code standards” so the issues were never addressed. How disappointing it is that with a project of this high price, the attention to details was not there. Every single time we tried to have our issues fixed, Floors Plus stated that it can only be fixed through the third party installers, even though they can see the installers were not fixing anything. We would have wanted another person/contractor who WAS able to fix it to come out and address our problems as it was evidently not being addressed by the original installers. Shouldn’t Floors Plus be doing what they can to fix the problems if their contractor is obviously not willing to do it? After a year, we have come across other issues that have come to light. Gaps that the installers tried to conceal with caulk, areas where we can feel the panels are loose, panels by both toilets where gaps are larger than nearby panels, t molding strips lifting, chips panels that are very visible due to our light floors (and no, chips were not made by us). This is was overall a disappointing experience and results did not meet expectations. Unfortunately we will not be recommending Floors Plus.

We had a great experience with this family-owned flooring company from start to finish. Everyone was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the results. The quality of the flooring exceeded our expectations, and the attention to detail really showed. It’s refreshing to work with a local family business that takes pride in their work and treats customers like family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable service and beautiful flooring!
