  We were working on a job out of town in Modesto, so I called ahead and asked if they had the specific parts we needed. They assured me they did and that we could count on them. When we got there, they had about one of each item on the shelf and were missing half of what we needed. I asked if they had more in the back, and they said no—what was on the shelf was all they had. We relied on their answer, made the trip, and couldn’t get the parts to finish the job. Very frustrating.

  Just went in and bought a toilet the sales rep Jose Pineda was super rude so rude. My mom went in looking for a pressure tank toilet first he told us we needed to know EXACTLY which we wanted for him to help us. Then when we told him he was like oh well those are very expensive. When again my mom said yes that’s fine. I already have one purchased it before he said it again well they’re like 500 again that’s fine would just like options he finally reluctantly gave us options they had an expired flyer of one on special it didn’t meet my moms wants so we didn’t get that one. He quoted out another one the whole time he kept saying he had all these things to do and people to call. After he finished the quote again was super condescending telling us the price. When my mom said accept he had someone else finish the transaction. The guy who finished helping us was nice and he did everything good. So I guess don’t go in here unless you look like you’re dipped in gold because it’s very expensive.
