  The DeHart crew was hard working and diligent. They did a great job replacing my HVAC system. And they cleaned up after themselves. They were polite, professional and on time. The work was completed over an hour before they estimated it would be finished.

  Randy Arrived in a timely manner, after giving us notification. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He pointed out other items that should be replaced sooner than later and provided quotes. No pressure just informative. He Quickly fixed our issue without adding any stress. He explained our issue is common with others. For our future projects/ issues you will be our first call.

  Both techs were very courteous, meticulous, friendly. One was named Juan and the other had a beard but did not catch his name. I am so pleased with all the work they did cleaning the ducts in my older home, even going the extra mile. Also relieved when, after checking, they assured me the ducts are in good shape. Super job!

  My experience with technicians Luigi and Matthew have been phenomenal. This is day 4 of them providing elite customer service. As well as professionalism as they have been working outside installing pipe underground. To me this a big project. Working in triple digit weather is NOT for everyone and these two technicians have remained positive, professional, and punctual throughout their time on the property. They’ve been consistently informative, explaining the process everyday throughout the day. They have also provided safety and awareness that is impressionable. They leave the yard in a safe and cleaned up manner. These two are definitely gems & assets to this company as they work well together as a team.

  This was literally the best experience I have ever had when it comes to somebody coming out service my home! GREAT PRICE, GREAT WORK. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!! From my initial phone call and the lady who assisted me in setting up the appointment, to my technician, Justin, I have been blown away by this company is customer service ! I was having an issue with my drain pipe to my washing machine overflowing and flooding my garage and I was able to call in the morning on a Tuesday and get a same day appointment ! The company messaged me a picture of my technician and an approximate arrival window and then I received a phone call and a tracking ability for my technician giving me a 20-minute heads up within the window ... Justin arrived promptly on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond!!! I would rate him 1000 Stars if I could! DeHart is now our plumbing, heating and air company!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH
