  Very kind , knowledgeable, worked hard to get my air conditioning unit working & home cool again when it stopped working & I’m impressed with the hours that Jose was able to come and the urgency to have it done the same day thanks to the emergency fee . De-Hart is a great company and his service technician Jose was outstanding. Thank you

  As always DeHart came through with the best of the best.. seems like all your employees are the nicest and kindest people ever like Joshua Wells who came today he’s amazing! Explains everything about what he will be doing and also asked me if I needed any help moving anything or needed a high ceiling light bulb changed and if I needed any help coming downstairs since going up 17 s…teps to show him where the other thermostat was it wasn’t easy for me but he saw my struggle and was kind enough to ask. I had questions about the A/C unit and he answered them in a very nice way….Thank You Joshua for your kindness and hope to request you the next visit…

  DeHart came out on a Sunday when my upstairs unit stoped working. They were quick. Pasqual was great. However, they wanted to charge me $930 for a fan motor! I knew that was WAY overpriced. Found the part on Amazon for $160 and installed it myself. $930?!?! That’s ridiculous. I won’t go call them again, and I suggest others think twice about their service.

  My aged AC system went out on a Thursday night, I was lying awake in the heat at 3 am and went online and found DeHart. I scheduled an appointment and Carlos R. was there at 8 am Friday morning to check my AC. HVAC systems are complicated but they are also a big investment, and so I wanted to understand everything and Carlos R. patiently explained everything and answered all of my questions in a straightforward and honest manner (I had a small amount of AC knowledge and also looked up some things after the visit). It didn’t make sense to repair it as so much of my system was obsolete, and so I ended up deciding to proceed with a new system. DeHart dropped off a portable AC unit for my bedroom so I wasn’t miserable during the heatwave over the weekend, and the DeHart crew came early on Monday am and installed everything while I was at work—they were careful with my house and I came home to a clean and air-conditioned house. Carlos R. came back a couple days later to close the loop and answered my questions on how to use the system, the warranty, the maintenance, the permit process, and the rebate. The whole process has been seamless, and the fact that Carlos and DeHart are clearly so detail-oriented gives me a lot of confidence in their long-term quality of service.
