  Yonal was super helpful with my visit Came in for some carpet for an office. Ended up finding the perfect color. And a great deal. Definitely will return if need anything else.

  I am so impressed with Carpetland. They did an amazing job from start to finish on my new carpet. My new carpet is so nice! I would definitely recommend them to friends.

  I had a terrible experience with Carpetland on McHenry. We chose this company because they claimed they would have our carpet installed before we had to move into the place we were remodeling. Everything was fine up until they got my $1000 deposit. Communication on their end stopped right there. I got no call for when the installers were supposed to arrive. They just showed up to an empty house (since we weren't living there yet) and left. Then they said they would be back out the next day. So I'm waiting for them and they just don't show up at all. So now they tell me they can't install for another week, which is after I have already scheduled movers and my 30 days was up at my old place. I explained this to them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Customer service person had a lousy attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They basically had me in a corner and knew it. Even after the job was done ( A week late) the salesman didn't even call to see if we were satisfied. He just sent me a TEXT asking "should I charge the credit card for the rest of the balance?" Avoid this place like the plague!
