  This company was wonderful from the moment of contact Kimberly gave me information that I had no idea that I can go through my insurance company she immediately got right on it she's been in contact with my insurance company the HazMat team came out they did their jobs they were very thorough they were very understanding I really appreciate it that first day I got lunch that I didn't expect to get which made it really easy I'm going through what I'm going through right now I will highly recommend them to anyone so definitely five stars definitely five stars thank you Kimberly for your efforts

  I was so scared to start the process and put it off for months. They made it so easy from beginning to end. Alejandro was kind and professional. The team was punctual and respectful to myself, my cats, and my property. They gave me my home back and lifted me out of a depression that I wasn’t aware had gotten so bad.   I came across an unfortunate hoarding situation of an estranged family member. 911 Hazmat team stepped in and did an amazing job! From responding immediately to first phone call, meeting for assessment that day to the professional services they provided onsite. Everyone of the team members were professional, caring, and understanding of the situation. They made an unsafe environment clean and safe for the residents to return home. Very impressed with their service and highly recommended if you are ever in need this is the company to help.

  They made a very difficult situation much easier to deal with. Kimberly and her team were very communicative, informative, and flexible with us. Pricing was transparent and fair, much better than other companies who bid the work. Would absolutely call them again.
