  I would give MINUS 5 STSR IF I COULD. Very dishonest. Was sent to repair poor water flow to fridge line. Technician came very late. Then pulled fridge out, looked a(owners son)t line & said your waterline is clogged so he has to reroute plumbing. I requested him several times to check valve, as my fridge repair guy had found it very hard to maneuver. But he refused to check the valve & wrote report to my insurance that line is clogged & I have to pay to reroute. I called my own plumber he came and opened the valve with his pliers & water is flowing great. So STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WHO WOULD LIE TO ANY LENGTHS TO MAKE MONEY. When I called the owner (Sam)of the company to report this , he was giving excuses why his son did not check the valve. His son spent 2 minutes in the house & went out to tllalk to his company for 20 minutes. H It took just one minute for MVP plumber to open the valve.

  Great experience from beginning to end. Collin is definitely an asset to TnT. He had a great attitude and did his job efficiently. I will definitely use TnT for future plumbing needs.

  The AC technician himself arrived on time and explained everything clearly. My issue was with the customer service experience before the appointment and what happened afterward. I had already been dealing with an ongoing AC issue and was confused about why I was being scheduled for another evaluation when my insurance company had already sent a different company to evaluate the unit. I am not knowledgeable about AC systems, which is exactly why I was calling professionals and asking questions. During my phone calls, the woman I spoke with came across as short, cold, and unempathetic. When I tried to explain my situation and ask why another evaluation was necessary, her response was basically, “So you don’t want to schedule?” I understand that she is not my insurance company and may not have had all the answers, but there is still a professional and helpful way to communicate that to a confused customer. I matched the short tone I was receiving, but I was never disrespectful or rude. What really bothered me was that the technician later told my husband that I had been rude to his wife which I found out was the lady I spoke to on the phone with. I found that very inappropriate and unprofessional. If there was a concern about an interaction with me, it should have been addressed directly with me, not discussed with my husband. Based on my two phone interactions, I would not recommend this company if customer service is important to you. Customers calling for help are often already stressed and unfamiliar with the problem. A little patience, empathy, and professionalism goes a long way.

  TnT Plumbing came out to my house because it was dispatched by my home warranty company due to a broken pipe. The service tech came out, took a picture, then went out to his truck. He came back 5 minutes later and told me I needed to have an asbestos inspection before he can start work, and there's nothing he can do. I asked him where I can find an asbestos inspection company, he said I have to find them on my own. Clearly, he was not interested in helping me at all because he started walking out even when I was talking to him. He had no customer service skills and was only interested (or able to do) what he was dispatched to do. He had no customer empathy at all. I would not have TnT Plumbing do anything in my house.

  Working with Tim is a breath of fresh air. My AC was out with multiple issues, one after the other. Communication, care and expertise is highly rated! Tim also performed a couple of little miracle repairs that would have never happened with anyone else. Thank you for taking care of me! Greatly appreciate all that you have done!!
