  Christian did an awesome job getting our AC going. He went above and beyond the call to ensure my family was okay. He went through all of the issues he saw with us thoroughly, gave accurate and realistic timelines and offered good advice on my AC unit maintenance. We appreciate everything Christian and TNT did for us.

  I want to give a huge Thank You to TNT, plumbing heater and AC company for going out out their way to fix my AC unit. They didn’t just do the job they make sure everything was perfect. The technician was respectable patient and took time to explain what was wrong and how they were fix it their Customer Service is understanding and is grateful for the extra effort they put in absolutely recommend them .   Tim is a professional AC/Plumbing expert who believes in great customer service. Tim is very knowledgeable, friendly, knows what he is doing and reasonable. Tim is timely and explains in detail what needs to be done. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

  Thomas and his wife are a great team! My warranty company originally scheduled my hvac repair with a different contractor that never called, never returned my call to schedule an appointment so after having to wait 2 days in this heat, the warranty company referred me to T&T plumbing and heating. Within 15 minutes after making the switch I was on the phone with Thomas’ wife (very sweet lady) and she scheduled me for the same day. Tomas showed up on time and immediately fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Moving forward, if I EVER have any plumbing, heating, AC issues, I will requesting T&T and then only!

  We went through a referral service and TNT was our second evaluator of the issue with our AC unit. He was straight to the point and let us know our options: Fix it and had two options on how to replace the unit. Mind you, all reasonably priced. We went with fixing and he came in got it done for $1200 less than the first company's quote. Yes! $1200 less!! He gave an evaluation of the system and the best times to replace it if we want to go that route. Apparently there are better times of the year to get the most favorable pricing. The point? TNT passes the savings on to you!! Not just straight across the board pricing. And, the quality of work was excellent. Invoices were straight forward, great payment options which include financing, and a receipt that matches the work done. Highly recommend. Thank you Tim!!
