  ★★★★★ I had an exceptional experience with Ace Handyman Services from beginning to end. The entire process was professional, organized, transparent, and seamless. Crystal, the office manager, did an excellent job handling the scheduling, reminders, and communication. I especially appreciated knowing in advance exactly who would be coming to my home, including receiving a photo. The whole system gave me confidence that I was dealing with a professional operation rather than simply having an unknown person show up at my door. Ryan came out for the initial consultation and prepared a very thorough estimate. There was a consultation fee, which I thought was reasonable because his time and expertise have value. The estimate covered the labor and materials that could potentially be required so there wouldn't be unexpected charges after the work began. Some of the estimated amounts initially seemed a little high to me, but I came to appreciate how their estimating system works: it protects both the customer and the company by allowing for what might be needed, so there are no surprises. The final bill reflects the actual time and materials used. In my case, the work came in below the estimate. Ryan was on time, personable, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled at his trade. The work was completed efficiently and to a professional standard, and I was very pleased with the results. One of the biggest concerns when hiring someone to work on your home is trust. It's similar to finding a good mechanic: you want someone skilled, but you also want to know you're being treated fairly. After going through the entire process with Ace, from the estimate through the completed work and final billing, I felt completely comfortable with how I was treated and what I was charged. The professionalism, communication, punctuality, workmanship, and overall organization matched what Ace Handyman Services represents itself to provide. In my experience, they delivered on it. A special thank you to Ryan for the excellent workmanship and professionalism, and to Crystal for keeping everything organized and running smoothly from the office. An exceptional experience all around. Five stars!

  This was Evan’s second time helping us. He is the best! He happened to be close by and have time so he came and helped us the day we called, cutting down our 1 week wait for our appointment initially scheduled! He is so kind and does the best job working on things. We had our sink unclogged, holes in the walls filled, and curtains installed. We are so grateful and will absolutely continue to use this service.
