  Travis was a wealth of knowledge! He attempted every possible solution to my exterior drainage problem in hopes of fixing and not replacing. I’m now satisfied that replacement is the only solution!

  I expected to pay big bucks for a new wall-mounted toilet but Steven was able to get the old toilet functioning. He solved the problem and saved me a lot of money as well.

  Yesterday I called Rapid First in the morning 7/12/26. Under my kitchen sink pipe started to leak. Receptionist said will get back to you soon. Few minutes later Leo called me. He can come today 7/13/26 by 9am. Today is Monday 7/13, Leo arrived so promptly. I Showed Leo my issue, he knew exactly what to do and explained the process so I could understand. Leo replaced the pipe fitting, so the leaked stopped. He also explained the garbage disposal usage, and running the water before and after. Leo also suggested getting a water pan that fits all under the sink. Which I will do that. Leo was very respectful and nice.   Chue was very professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. I appreciated that he politely identified a couple of potential issues in the home that may require some work in the future & provided estimates. I have always been very pleased with the service and courtesy provided by all members of Rapid First Plumbing over many years.
