  Scott, coming to my new home was an incredible experience. You're never gonna believe it, he put up my blinds!!!! What a phenomenal worker and I have known the bell brothers since the very beginning.And he is the most outstanding employee.I've ever worked with. He went way above my expectations of informing me of the knowledgeable information. He is obtained. And I am very grateful that he has the knowledge he has helped me understand what I need to have done with my AC system to keep it running and to make it my friend. Scott is very diligent in doing his job and and his trainee esias also was very exceptional. In the work he was performing while Scott's tutelage was outstanding and the amazing part was that he was able to teach both of us about the hvac. He not only deserves a raise. He also deserves to be recognized for his knowledge and ability to get the job done properly without hesitation! Kudos Scott and he was such a miracle for me and a blessing. To have him come out and help me out. God bless scott.

  We have been on Bell Bros maintenance plan for over 10 years. Recently one of our HVAC units stopped working on a 95 degree weather day. Bell Bros sent service technician Paolo the next day at their first morning appointment. Paolo was professional and compassionate and quickly diagnosed the issue. He also performed a thorough inspection to validate additional repairs may or may not be necessary in the upcoming weeks/months. Paolo communicated his thorough findings. Thank you Bell Bros and Paolo!

  Amazing and professional service from our service tech John. Swung by and performed an 11 point inspection. Gave me the heads up on our hard water situation and what is worn out. Suggested a few upgrades to the valves ( contractor used cheaper parts when our house was built), and even validated my thoughts on improving the filtration system to avoid the hard water build up. Assured me the water is potable. and we didn't have to spend a dime (service plan perks). 10/10 would leaky pipe again, Fast Friendly Professional GG John, GG

  We had an outstanding experience with James Kalaveras And Tim Wilson during a whole-home plumbing maintenance inspection. The technician checked every bathroom, completed a water heater inspection and flush, and expertly fixed our bathtub drainage issue on the spot. They also identified several potential issues—including our bathroom faucets, toilet fill valve, bathtub drainage, and water heater expansion tank. They clearly explained why each item needed attention and walked us through a detailed quote without any high-pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend Bell Brothers for thorough and trustworthy service!

  I have been a customer for mor than 10 years with their maintenance service for my hvac. After getting quote from them to replace my entire system, I did let them know that I have numerous other hvac customers that I work with and know. Immediately the sales person told me they definitely the most expensive but try to sell the product and warranty as far superior. Once I got the quotes I decided to cancel my membership with Bell Brothers. I called them on a Monday and got Tucker. At first, Tucker was unable to find my in his database to cancel my service. He then stated that he would have someone call me back that day. Since I did not get a call, I called back on Tuesday and get who answered the phone, yes Tucker. He again told me someone would call me back that day. When I asked if I did not get a call who would I then call. He gave me the same number that I had called on Monday and Tuesday. Guess what, no call back on Tuesday either. When I called on Wednesday, Tucker answered again. Now, I was furious. I asked to speak to a supervisor and finally got transferred to a young lady. I asked her if Tucker was an AI person and she said in embarrassment, YES. Wow. She then took care of me and cancelled my service.
