We are very happy with the services provided by the Bell Brothers team. From scheduling the appointment to the installation of the new system, everything went smoothly.
Marcellus and Andres came to inspect our old system which stopped working just as temps were heating up. They showed us the AC unit which was very old and dirty. All our questions were answered in detail and with care. Our heating system also stopped working and Andres went into our attic for an inspection. With the information provided and with questions answered, we decided it was time to get a new HVAC system. For the care and comfort of our home and family, it was the best decision. Marcellus guided us through the process of selecting a new system, reviewing financing, and scheduling the installation. We were very happy with the care and detail given during this process.
Our installation team was awesome. Matt, Remlo, Anthony, and Julien: You all are so nice, professional, and polite. It was great working with all of you. The entire process took two days and each member of the team worked to make sure our home was taken care of by wearing shoe covers and being respectful of everyone in the home. Our questions were answered and we never felt like we were bothering the team. They were very open to sharing the process and safely showing us progress along the way. Truly, these four team members are the best. From start to finish, they were an awesome team. I would welcome them in my home again for future work and recommend them to family and friends that need services.
Thanks Bell Brothers team for helping my family be comfortable. We truly appreciate the hard work and care you have shown us.
In my opinion, I had a unpleasant experience with the person on the phone.
I called Bell Brothers to have them install a toilet and kitchen faucet I had purchased from Ferguson. The Bell Brothers representative stated they do not install customer supplied items. When I asked him how much Bell Brothers charges if I purchase the exact same toilet and kitchen faucet directly from them, the representative then stated they do not sell toilets or kitchen faucets. When I brought up the obvious conundrum — they won't install what I buy, and they don't sell what I need — he simply stated their technicians only do plumbing work.
When I finally asked if he could check with a manager, the representative then rudely came back claiming their manager confirmed they do not install customer supplied items.
Bell Brothers, please provide better training for your staff.

I want to start by saying Joey was great and very helpful.
However, the issue I’m experiencing is with getting an appointment scheduled for the repair. I currently do not have AC, and with temperatures rising, this situation is becoming increasingly urgent.
I’ve had to reach out multiple times to Bell Brothers in an attempt to schedule a repair, and no one has proactively contacted me. When I was finally able to speak with a representative, I was placed on hold while they checked material availability. I was then told they do not know when copper piping will be available, and as a result, they are unable to schedule an appointment.
For a company that specializes in HVAC and plumbing, I find it very concerning that there is no visibility into basic materials like copper pipe or an expected timeline for availability.
Additionally, I have been a loyal customer with a yearly maintenance contract for several years. I requested a call back from a manager to discuss this situation and was told I would receive a call by close of business, but I never heard back.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and does not reflect the level of service I would expect from a company of this size. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I had an outstanding experience with Bell Brothers, especially with service technician Richard Munoz. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he had a tremendous amount of experience and expertise. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made me feel completely confident in the work being performed.
What really stood out was Richard’s professionalism and customer service. He was courteous, patient, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such exceptional customer care.
Richard went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Bell Brothers is fortunate to have a technician of his caliber on their team. I highly recommend Bell Brothers and specifically Richard Munoz for anyone needing HVAC service.

My husband and I had Bell Brothers come out to do a $59 tune up of our two HVAC systems. Both our furnace and AC had been working without any issues. We decided on Bell Brothers because it was the company that replaced our units 13 years ago and we were happy with the service we received.
A few minutes after the technician, Andre, arrived, he informed us he found issues and that our tuneup needed to be changed to a diagnostic evaluation. Shortly after this, another Bell Brothers employee arrived who stated he was here to observe Andre. After Andre completed his full evaluation, he determined that we need a new 4-ton unit, new duct work and we should strongly consider changing our 5-ton unit as it is close to end of life and having some issues. He also told us not to run our 4 ton unit as we have the potential of getting carbon monoxide poisoning. The second employee who came to the house put a bid together for us on the spot. He stated he was a manager and could get us a good deal. Instead of an observer, it now appeared to us that he was a salesman. The estimate was over $97,000 for both units and the duct work that was needed. With the $19,000 senior discount he said they could give us, the price was still over $77,000. And this was a good deal?? When we had both of our systems changed along with new duct work 13 years ago, the price was $32,000. That is an astronomical increase!
Of course, their evaluation of our systems and the cost was very concerning to us. Since that day, we've had multiple other HVAC companies come out for evaluation of our systems and not one agreed that we need two new systems. Even the need to replace one system is debatable. They all said our ductwork is totally fine and needed no work done to it. On top of that, the cost of the other companies to replace one system was $18,000 -$22,000. The Bell Brothers estimate to replace one unit was $38,000 - $40,000.
After multiple evaluations from different HVAC companies, we learned a lot about our HVAC systems. It now appears that Bell Brothers was trying to sell us unnecessary equipment at an extremely inflated price. They also brought a second employee under the pretense of observing the first technician, but he appeared to be a salesman. We feel the company has become unethical and is focused on upselling rather than service. We will never use Bell Brothers again for anything. Please be cautious if you call them for a tune up. This $59 tuneup could turn into a $77,000 repair!
