Nate made our experience exceptional from start to finish. What stood out most was how he immediately made us feel comfortable and confident in his approach. He clearly explained what to expect throughout the service process, carefully listened to all of our concerns, and even repeated them back to ensure nothing was overlooked.
Rather than rushing through the appointment, Nate took the time to thoroughly inspect everything we discussed and provided thoughtful, honest assessments that made complete sense. At no point did anything feel exaggerated or like a sales pitch. He outlined a clear plan of action and followed through exactly as promised, completing the necessary plumbing repairs with professionalism and care.
Before leaving, Nate also pointed out a few household plumbing items that may need attention in the future, provided estimates for maintenance or replacement, and even encouraged us to compare his pricing with other companies so we could feel confident it was fair and competitive. That level of transparency spoke volumes about his integrity.
More than anything, Nate came across as someone who genuinely cares about his customers. He treated our home with respect, took pride in his craft, and made us feel like our concerns truly mattered. We finished the appointment impressed not only with the quality of his work, but also with his honesty, professionalism, and character. Choosing Bell Bros was absolutely the right decision, and we would gladly recommend Nate to anyone looking for outstanding service.
Wilbur was curious and professional performing maintenance on both my HVAC systems. Here lies one concern is Bell Brothers getting too big for their britches? By this I mean past several years since I became a member of their program I would get a personal call asking if I wanted an appointment at a special rate. Not this year I called yes they now you AI only to transfer me to a live person. When speaking with employee the next appointment was August 11, 2026. Most of the way through the summer. Yes, there was a cancellation and it was performed early but that is not the point. Recommend Bell Brothers go back to the personal touch and reach out to their devoted members.

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents, who I believe were taken advantage of by Bell Brothers.
They scheduled what was supposed to be a routine annual air conditioning inspection. During the visit, the technician asked to take a look in the attic (no explanation for why was given). The technician came back with photos (probably not of their attic) that I were used to scare my parents into believing they had a serious insulation problem. He then presented four extremely expensive options, handwritten on a piece of paper with virtually no detail or explanation.
My parents, who are seniors, felt pressured into agreeing to pay $10,362 for attic insulation.
The installation crew was at the house for only about 1.5 hours to blow in new insulation. After the work was completed, they received an invoice that contained almost no meaningful documentation. There was no inspection report, no breakdown of labor hours, no information on the type or quantity of insulation installed, and no itemized description of the work performed. For a job costing over $10,000, this lack of transparency is unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I believe Bell Brothers uses high-pressure sales tactics that specifically target vulnerable homeowners. Whether the attic photos accurately reflected my parents' situation is something I seriously question, and the entire process felt designed to frighten them into making an expensive decision on the spot.
I strongly encourage anyone considering Bell Brothers to get multiple independent opinions before agreeing to any major repairs or insulation work. If you have elderly parents or relatives, please be especially cautious.
In my opinion, the Contractors State License Board should investigate Bell Brothers' sales practices to determine whether they are engaging in predatory or deceptive conduct.

When our toilet was leaking water after turning off the valve at 2 am, I panicked. Having text Bell Brothers for an appointment request I tried to go back to sleep. Not long after 8 am Quinten from Bell Brothers came to the door. He capped off the water, ordered parts and most importantly assured us that he would solve all our plumbing issues. And he did. The next morning, with parts in hand he fixed everything. He was pleasant, compassionate, professional and went above and beyond to allay our concerns. Just what we needed.

6/23/26 Being a member of Bell Bros is really worth it because I can schedule routine maintenance appointment with no additional outside cost. Today, the professionalism of the technicians that came to my home was wonderful. They were all very kind and I felt like I knew them for years, even though I just met them for the first time.
They were all very respectfully and provided me with different opinions on the products that were best suited for the home.
They were all very friendly, and the technicians went out of their way to make you feel like a best friend.
Bell Bros.,schedule the routine appointments and provides consistent confirmation on when to expect a technician and to ensure the safety a photo of who to expect. The technicians also do a great customer experience by confirming that they are on their way.
Best customer service technicians in Bell Bros., are these guys.
