- LLLuisOct 12, 20262.0I can only say 1 good thing I appreciate the fact they came on a Sunday. Their technician arrived and said our unit was bad and that a litter of problems was incorrect with our setup as well. We got quoted over $45,000 and they still said it could've been more. They didn't try to fix any issues when they came, they said I need an entirely new unit, duct work and lots more work done. When they finished the job they also completely left my AC unit exposed for over a week until we found out and had to get up there ourselves to fix the issue. Plus the mandatory $100 inspection charge. Overall I would not recommended their services.
- KSKaren SilvaJan 15, 20245.0Excellent turnaround! Called in a work order for my furnace on Friday and by Saturday at 8:30 am the technician was at my door. Aaron is very polite and well-mannered. He slipped on his shoe covers right as he entered the door and got straight to work. He was very clear with me about the issue that the furnace has. He gave me an estimated date as to when the service would be completed. The issue is not fully resolved yet, but overall I highly recommend this company.
