  I had a great experience with this AC repair service. They were professional, responsive, and honest from start to finish. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was done efficiently, and my AC was back up and running better than ever. I really appreciated their fair pricing and excellent customer service. It’s hard to find reliable companies these days, but this team exceeded my expectations.   My hvac was not heating, it was only cooling. Omar was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to troubleshoot and repair my HVAC system after a technician from a different company had come out four times and still was unable to determine the cause or repair. Five stars!!! Omar was a very respectful, professional and kind young man.

  I wanted to leave this review for Omar at Duckless Heating and Cooling because I honestly owe him one. From the start, he replied to my email quickly and was very respectful and easy to communicate with. We set appointments on two different occasions and both times everything went smooth. He showed up when he said he would and was punctual both times, which I really appreciated. What stood out to me most was Omar himself and how professional and respectful he is as a person. You can tell he takes pride in how he carries himself and respects people’s time. I highly recommend Omar at Duckless Heating and Cooling. He definitely deserves the recognition.
