  This is a very professional business. The lady's in the office answered all my questions with detail. The employees that have came out to my property worked hard and did a great job cleaning up the work area. A special thanks to Gareth for his friendly attitude. It's always good to know that there good people like Gareth in the world. Thank you all for your great service.

  Not only were their prices very reasonable the nature and attention to detail was stellar. The company paid special attention to the layout of the system to be installed as not to impact plant life whether it was of my own planting or native to the high desert. They also gave me a heads up on the timing of the work so I could prepare my yard for the work to be done. All in all i was very pleased in the overall job performance and will always recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their system. 5 STARS

  Great experience with USA Septic! They were professional, reliable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled efficiently, and I really appreciated the great customer service and communication. It’s always nice working with a company that is dependable and takes pride in their work.   My "new" system was five years old. I did not know if I needed pumping or not. I contacted USA Septic. Larry and Mohammed came quickly. Yes, my tank was FULL. They pumped it out, working around a water line that had been installed after the system was built. They also installed new risers. That will help a great deal the next time I need service. Quick response. Professional. Friendly. Skilled. Got the job done in a morning and an afternoon. I highly recommend USA Septic.

  I had them come out to do a 2nd opinion on my septic tank. I was told that it was deteriorating and I needed a new tank. When the guys from USA came over during a time I was available they did a free inspection. Not only did they show me the tank and how the system worked they also checked the whole system and found other issues. Glad they found the other issues so I didn’t just pay to dig up the tank just to do more digging to replace the seepage system. They provided me with specific information on what was going on and what needed to be done. It didn’t take too long and they did a great job of trying to replace my decorative rocks.
