We are very happy to have USA Septic fix our Septic problems. They put a Septic tank in 5 years ago and yesterday a new leachline. Thiis leachline is open on the bottom, so it should not ever need replaced. It was less expensive than the normal tube lines and seemed more functional. USA Septic has always been professional and fast. They are friendly and helpful in their advice and give cash payments a discount on the price.

So team came out in September and were great. They uncovered both lids and spent time pumping and breaking up the hard sludge at the bottom. They could have very easily just pumped the main tank and not got down to the bottom. Great job and very professional.

I have been in my home 21 years. I have used USA Septic multiple times. I had a toilet replaced, a kitchen drain unclogged, the septic tanks pumped out, a new seepage pit installed, and bathtub drain/pipes cleared as well. The service men were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The price was better than other quotes. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Found this company years ago and have never had any issues with them they’re always so helpful informative and willing to answer any and all questions I have. Respectful always ask if they can park in the driveway to drain the septic tank. Never let me down their office will call me 2 hrs ahead of time to remind me I have an appointment today if their running behind what their approximate time of arrival and so forth. Never paid more than I did the first time the price has not changed it’s always stayed the same and in this economy that says something.

The office staff was very polite. They did follow up phone calls making sure we received the estimate n then contract on line. They arrived at 8am the next morning n were done replacing our septic tank an pumping out where our other tank of 50 years pretty vanished by noon. They were very polite n professional. The price was the best we had received as well. Definitely would recommend them. Tonia R. Lazenby
