  Patrick came today to service my heater and air conditioner. He was very personable, professional, and quite knowledgeable. He had taken pictures of the 21 year old heater in order to show me in detail where the unit has deteriorated after so many years. I couldn’t help but feel that switching to Gallagher’s for inspection and servicing of our HVAC was a wise choice.

  Cody Nadeau came out and fixed a potentially dangerous and expensive issue left by a previous company last summer. He was so professional and explained everything is great detail. I am relieved that my A/C is now safe and working well. I feel very confident with their services and will now utilize their membership for maintenance and to avoid any major issues in the future with my heating, A/C or plumbing. Very upfront and affordable pricing. Peace of mind=priceless. 😊

  Saw the ad for a buy one get one AC and heater review for Gallagher‘s heating and air. Saw that it was going to get pretty hot so thought it would be a good idea to have my AC looked at considering it hasn’t been inspected for over five years. Luckily Gallagher‘s were very helpful and scheduled me within just two days of my phone call. The technician, Dylan, kept me posted on his arrival time and showed up exactly when he said he would. He explained what he was going to do completed the work and reviewed the results with me with no up charges or aggressive salesmanship. It’s clear that Dylan knew what he was doing and had some suggestions for ensuring our AC system would continue to perform as expected, for which I am deeply grateful. I was so appreciative with Dylan‘s service that I requested he also inspect my parent’s system. He was so kind and accommodating to my elderly parents that they invited him to stay for lunch! Highly recommend this outfit, and specifically Dylan, and I will be using them from now on.

  Great experience with Gene the service tech . Was on time and knowledgeable about the unit i have , Changed out motherboard and fan board . Finished sooner than I expected after parts came in & added a little R-410-A . P.s. Service tech Gene is also dog friendly . Would have been five stars if not for trying to get thru to office staff .

  Bad experience over all. They show up late fpr the job. Stayed til almost 9pm. I had signed up for their membership to get the discount to help lower the cost. Was told i could cancel it at any time in person. Because i was skeptical about being in a membership that I wasnt sure if I really needed it. Paid for it 4 months. Went to go cancel it. It was a hassle to cancel it. They kept having to call me back. Said I needed to give a 30 day notice for canceling. They left a mess under our house of trash after they installed new ducting. They had to come out 3 different times to do this job. Didn't have all the parts for it. Luckily we were replacing the carpet in one of the rooms they messed up on cutting the whole out so the carpet was ruined. Extremely over priced. We called for an estimate for a hot water heater being installed without the hot water heater they quoted us 2600$ told them that was way to much. He left to talk to his boss came back in saying they could do it for 1900$. Because I was a member/ client. We had accurate plumbing beat them on pricing, quality work and they showed up on time every single time. Accurate plumbing was going to charge us 1100$ then dropped it to 776$ to install. We had called gallgers another time for a different quote for a leak under the sink. Again they said it was going to be 2500$ Asked accurate plumbing they did it for 350$ which seemed about right. I regret asking them to do our vents and moving them. They charged us 4500$ I didn't shop around at that time. I dont even want to know how much I over paid them. Since all the other work was blown way out of proportion. Customer service to cancel membership was extremely rude.
