  The Technician team sent to us was punctual, friendly and consistently clear on all aspects of the products and services we inquired for. There was no part where we felt confused or offput through the interaction and they helped guide us through the purchase seamlessly. 10/10.

  Ray was an excellent technician. He was a very thorough. He explained everything to me. I felt that he was not trying to sell me a product that I didn’t need that he was honest and a pleasure to deal with. we once again had Gallagher out here and their representative was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

  Just had a very pleasant visit with one of Gallagher's finest field workers by the name of Cody. He is an excellent representative of that company and certainly deserves a raise as well as praise based on his encyclopedia knowledge of air conditioning as well as his excellent public relations skills. If you are scheduled for a visit from a Gallagher representative I would encourage you to specifically request Cody although I am sure other workers are excellent as well. Thanks Cody! Hope to see you again as Gallagher's keeps taking very good care of my HVAC systems.

  I was very impressed with Cody, very well dressed clean cut very polite and very friendly enjoyed visiting with him while he was doing his work . He did a routine tune-up on my system and diagnosed a capacitor that was in Jeopardy of going bad, he had the replacement part and had to fight some wasps as he was working on the unit. All in all it was a good experience and I actually signed up for their maintenance program. Thank you Cody for the good job!

  I booked an emergency appointment for my dad who has no ac, is 76 years old, and has had two strokes, on Wednesday. Gallaghers was supposed to be at his home today between 12:00 and 6:00. I had called into the office twice with a request that a technician call me with regarding service matters, never heard back! Then today I called at 5:06 p.m., with our appointment being between 12:00 and 6:00 I was getting worried. I was told the technician would be at my house within an hour, though he would be late there was an apology for the fact that nobody called me to tell me this, I was not happy, but what are you going to do? So 6:00 came and went and it was 6:15, I called in to find out that they were not only not coming but wanted to reschedule. This reschedule was not possible and here we are at 823 still waiting for the after hours technician to show up. I wonder if Tim Gallagher's father went without heating or AC for the last few days? Oh and let's not forget that a technician drove by his house at 12:00 this afternoon, didn't stop and apparently was booked out on a service call for longer than it takes to install an AC unit.
