  From the moment Cody arrived, he was friendly and very proficient in his job. He took many many photos of my heat and air unit, which I am very grateful for. He didn’t say that I needed a new system but I could see because of the photos how worn many of the components were. When I decided to get a new heat and air system he patiently went over everything. He is an asset to your company, and I highly recommend him, not only as a technician, but a sales person. I also want to thank your very professional staff for keeping in touch with me regarding my appointment. Thank you all so much!

  We had a concern our AC/heater unit may be leaking. Phone call was handled professionally and quickly. Kosta arrived within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. Listened to all my concerns, checked everything throughly, was able to detect any problems and ease our mind about concerns. He patiently and professionally answered all of my questions and offered wonderful suggestions and advice. I was very pleased with the whole process.

  Technician was very nice and communicable however he seemed to lack knowledge and didn’t properly diagnose the problem and said the AC unit was working properly. That led to a rabbit hole of trouble shooting by suggesting the only problem was our ductwork needing to be replaced which strangely could be arranged to get an estimate on that very afternoon by a phone call on the spot. I called another company because my AC wasn’t fixed and they came out and immediately identified that the system was low on refrigerant and once that was restored the AC temp coming out of the vents dropped 11 degrees and the house is cool once again. Don’t fall for the $59 inspection. Call a reputable company that doesn’t spend a fortune on advertising instead of hiring competent technicians.

  They did not get a permit until I asked and was trying to pass off the energy inspection as a permit. Told me permit cost $2000.00 but was around 250.00. Charged me for an intake return grill yet I didn't want them cutting through a stud in my wall so item not received. Had 3 different people texting me but when I asked for the permit and bill adjustment I could not get a response by phone, text or email. I have sent so many requests then get a 20 day notice from them. The work has not passed the permit that was attained a week after work completed. Please ensure you are getting a permit which you are charged for. The energy commission is not a work permit. The guys were nice except they told the person at the house to run the air while it had no ducts hooked up so they had cool air under the house. Ridiculous! Never again. I'm still trying to get bill adjusted so I can pay it. It's been a month,
