  Sy’s Discount Carpet & Flooring in Chatsworth has amazing staff! They were so helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me straight to the Buddha by Stanton wool carpet, and it’s perfect. The hand-loomed texture and soft natural feel are luxurious, yet it’s durable and beautiful in our home. Great quality at a real discount price. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a flooring store. Family-owned since 1973 and it shows.

  Visited Sys for a second time because we needed to replace the carpet on our stairs. Run into Abe and he patiently helped me select a new set up . Came out super. !!

  I had a great experience speaking with Gloria over the phone. She was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering all my questions about flooring options. It’s always refreshing to deal with someone who is patient and truly understands the products they’re offering. Excellent customer service!

  If you’re looking for carpet at a reasonable price this is the place! We went to one of those big box stores and was disappointed that the carpet we picked out would not be in for 4 weeks! The selection from Sy’s is vast. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for at a smoking price. Highly recommend!
