Our home has been on a Champs membership for over 15 years. My mom’s system was replaced in 2015, ours in 2020 and we used service champions again to replace the system in our rental this year. I am absolutely shocked at how the service has declined over the years. Management level folks are mostly decent and experienced. Years ago, you used to get nice and respectable techs, but nowadays it’s a revolving door of green sales reps. We had them come out to do an included “plumbing inspection and water heater flush” and expected a bit of sales tactics but did not expect the tech to blatantly lie and try to scam me. The tech insisted that our regulator was installed on the wrong water pipe (sprinklers instead of the house water) and attached a device on the hose bib to show me that the pressure exceed 120. It’s supposed to be between 40-60. I am not a plumber so I said ok, we will take your quote and think about it. He insisted that the levels were dangerous and our home insurance would drop us if they knew. Insanely predatory and manipulative. He said he wouldn’t even wait until the weekend as all our pipes could burst with this amount of pressure. Our regular plumber came by today and pointed out where the regulator was and showed me that water going into the house was safe but the hose bib is before the regulator which is why the service champions salesman’s device was showing that high pressure. Our plumber went around to the side of the house (after the regulator) and showed me that the pressure was at 50. I was baffled and asked him if there is any way that the previous guy was just confused and my plumber said “maybe he’s unlicensed?” Ultimately I was quoted $2500-4500 for work that didn’t even need to be done. Whether it was because of lack of training or trying to make a fraudulent sale it’s still unacceptable. Even if you check Glassdoor.com, there are many reviews from their employees saying how they changed the model a lot over to sales now. Which makes a lot of sense on how almost every appointment I've had, they would always try to sell me on something.

Excellent and obviously very experience technicians. Their work on my a/c was very satisfactory. I was less happy about one workers disregard for the clearly explained rules and policies of the condo building in which I live. This accounts for the less then perfect star rating.

Service Champions came in to the home for the 1st day to install the big parts of the HVAC system and asembling. Very efficient process and install. The service people involved in the project were Bryce and Ronnie which were both excellent in what they do. Very nice men and very willing to explain what they were doing and kept us informed through the the whole process. Also on day 2 ,3 & 4 with my attic abatement of old insulation and duct installation and finally putting in new insulation the whole team of techs Rigoberto Delgado and his partner and Alejandro Perez and his partner did a great job of everything, they took care of my house in installation. Took time to explain everything that they were doing. I have high praise for all of them that were involved. Service Champions company is excellent organization.

Rigo did a good job blowing in fiberglass insulation over my depleted cellulose insulation. He answered a few questions I had before he started and cleared up some worrying I had. He and his partner came early and finished before noon. He spotted that the exhaust duct for my bathroom fan was not connected and connected it. So far I think they did a good job but quite expensive.
