  I recently had a burst pipe in my garage which led to water damage. Royalty was referred to me by my plumber and they did a good job all around. I appreciate how they talked me through the process of what the next steps would be with respect to the work they would perform and how they work with the insurance company. They also arrived next day and executed the work in a timely manner during the holiday period which was impressive and thorough. Overall, I highly recommend using their services.

  Julio, the project manager and his 2 technicians, Marcus and Danny, are an amazing team! When my water valve in my downstairs bathroom burst, I was frantic and stressed!. I had to find a plumber quickly!. I did and was advised by the plumber that I had so much water, that I should contact Royal Water Damage and Repair asap!. Julio, Royal's project manager, responded immediately and let me know when his technicians were on their way. They accessed my problem, took pictures and let me know what the plan was. Marcus and Danny got to work right away securing my home with dehumidifiers and a air scrubber. I was amazed. These young men were very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional! A rare quality these days. They answered my questions. They referred me to their project manager for any additional concerns. Before leaving they assured me that everything was going to be ok and that they would be back the next morning. And they kept their word. They came back! They proceeded to work their plan. They covered my furniture and floor. They removed walls and tiles and doors. They brought additional dehumidifiers for the bathroom and crawl space. I was protected. I was at ease. I was in excellent hands! When done, they explained everything and the project manager came twice to approve and confirm the work done. The staff of Royal Water Damage and Repair is the be commended for a job of excellence!. They crossed every "t" and dotted every "i". Today my home is moisture free! I am stress free! Thanks so much Julio, Marcus and Danny! I highly recommend this team!

  I was searching for a reasonable mold abatement company. I happened to see the Royalty truck and called. Julio came out and looked at the damage and gave me an initial quote which was VERY reasonable. I was impressed with the knowledge he had and quickness of the job. Although the damage was worse then anticipated I was happy that the entire crew worked so hard and got what I needed done. Very professional and reassuring. Thank you so much Royalty!!!
