He fixed the gas leak with zero drama and ease. I can not recommend this company highly enough for their quick response and professionalism and great rates.

When they figured out the problem they explained everything in detail so I understood what was happening. They answered all my questions and helped me make some really important decisions. I was very worried and they eased my mind and were really helpful. I highly, highly recommend Red Lily Plumbing. And Sal and Michael!!!
- LBLeah ButurainAug 3, 20265.0I was fortunate to have Mike Gomez, Field Supervisor, be the plumber who showed up from Red Lilly, for his knowledge bank, swift service, and expertise in installing the toto washlet and water filter, while offering me, in response to my question, alternatives for the future, e.g. reverse osmosis. He diagnosed that the water pooling in the basement was condensation not a link. Red Lilly has AC as well as plumbing. I will call them the next time I need a plumber. Thank you, Red Lilly!

John (technician) has been to my house several times, and installed my new tankless water heater yesterday. He is very professional, beyond nice, and was happy to explain to me every detail about why my old one 'died', the upgraded technology of the new one and how to properly maintain it and manage it through the digital control panel. I'm sure their other techs are good too, but definitely ask for John as I can personally tell you he's fantastic!
