  Isaiah from Red Lilly came to fix my toilet. It turns out the job was so small he didn't even charge me. Excellent service and I will absolutely be calling them again when I have any plumbing issues.

  I signed the contract for them to come and do the work rather than call me. I received text messages stating my technician was out sick and there’s nothing they can do about it very unprofessional since I had appointments today. I’ve been waiting all afternoon.And this company text me not calls me about the iusses. I would not recommend them.

  John arrived somewhere between 1-2 hours after I called and worked on the gas line in direct 80 degree sun with no complaints. The repair was finished in no time. Final cost was a little higher than expected, but for the quick emergency turn around I would absolutely pay it again. I plan on keeping them in my contacts for future repairs.

  I had a great experience with this plumber. He showed up right on time, was extremely professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my clogged shower drain. He worked efficiently and had everything back up and running in no time. What really stood out was how pleasant and knowledgeable he was—he clearly knows his craft. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable, smart, and easy to work with.
