  This review is long overdue. In 2022, we were looking for vinyl plank flooring for our new condo and stumbled upon Midtown. We had been to several other places but didn't see anything we liked, and the places we visited offered zero customer service. We met Max as soon as we walked into Midtown. Not only do they have a great selection of samples of all different types and brands of flooring, but Max gave us a very comprehensive education on all the options, which is exactly what we were looking for. They did a perfect job tearing out our old flooring and complying with HOA requirements on installation of the new flooring, including leveling our very old floors. Four years later, we are still very happy and have experienced no issues with our flooring. We recently called them out to repair an area that we uncovered during renovations and the repair looks great. Anyone could have done it, but we have so much trust in them to do things the right way. We love Max and the team at Midtown. If you want high-quality, professional work from people who care, go here first. This is the way to run a business.

  We had a fantastic experience with Midtown Carpet Company, thanks in large part to Max. From the very beginning, he took the time to really educate us on everything we needed to know to choose the right carpet for our home. He walked us through all the different levels and options available, answering our questions and making sure we felt confident in our decision. What really stood out was his commitment—he even came out on the weekend to measure our home and provide a quote, which we truly appreciated. Now that the carpet is installed, we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The quality is excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend working with Midtown Carpet Company and especially Max!

  I had Midtown Carpet Co. perform a carpet install in 2 rooms in my home. Not only did they do a great job with the install, but every step of the process was great. From the initial bid, through follow-up correspondence, to the installation, Midtown Carpet was super professional and delivered exactly as they said they would. I will definitely use them in the future when I have carpet for flooring related needs and highly recommend them.

  I went to this carpet store for a small home steps project I need led a remnants piece of carpet and padding and tac strip he was very helpful i truly thank.you for the great service I will go back in the future

  Best service so far! The owner is super knowledgeable and really appreciate them taking the time out to explain each materials to you. They were able to complete the consult, measurements and putting down the carpet in less than a week. This was a life saver with our move approaching so close with the installment. So far we love the plush carpets! Super soft and cozy! Pricing also very reasonable.
