  I want to post about my last experience with JW Heating, Air, and Plumbing. I was able to schedule a same day appt and had the pleasure of working with Andrew. He arrived within the window, was friendly, and got right to work. He reviewed my HVAC system, performed the required maintenance, and explained everything with clarity. He was also able to address a previous problem that I experienced with the company and has planted the seeds that can lead to restoring my full trust in JW. employees like this are important for companies to maintain and praise. I was completely satisfied with the service that I received today. I am looking forwwrd to working with JW and Andrew in the future.

  Roberto's the absolute best! We've gone through so many different AC services until finally finding JW Plumbing, Heating, Air and will only use them moving forward! Roberto was kind, thorough, and incredibly attentive in fixing our AC unit that broke. He's clear, concise, and above all efficient. Highly recommend Roberto and JW services!!

  I thought I submitted an evaluation already. But I'll say it again; ROBERTO BAUTISTA. Was excellent. Very thorough. Profecional, patient and clear. He is an asset to your company. Someone who should be rewarded by you everyday. We were very impressed and satisfied with his evaluation and diagnosis of out problem, very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with his visit. Thank you. The same goes for your office staff who I spoke to originally and the follow up too. Thank you for your service. He diagnosed our problem with our very OLD furnace.

  The techs were ok, two showed up, one seem to be more experienced and overlooked the others work, which is not my complaint. The price! The part they replaced can be purchased for less than $100 dollars, they worked for about and hour and charged me $588 dollars! After thinking about it I paid them roughly $500 and hour to replace a simple transformer. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

  I have used JW Heating and Air for many years. In fact, they installed my original HVAC system which was a somewhat complicated installation with various zones for heat and air throughout the house. Today I had a minor wifi upgrade issue. When I called this morning, JW was typically very responsive to my call, sent out a five-star technician named MILJIM to assist. Miljim got the system working quickly but took time to check all of the vents and the 2 HVAC systems. Best of all he reeducated me on the placement of my systems and a couple of technical nuances. I am grateful for JW's consistently great service. Thank you, yJW and Miljim.
