  Technician Julio C. was amazing! Called for an appointment and they were out to see us that same week. Julio was friendly and eager to do all he could to resolve our problematic water pump. Not only did he take the device apart to fix it, but once we realized it’d be beyond repair, he went out to buy a new one and replaced it same day. Beyond that, he also identified what caused the unit to break and put in additional safety measures to ensure the new device doesn’t fall prey to the same issue. They also honored the warranty and covered the costs of the new unit and installation. Was thoroughly impressed by the diligence, accommodation, and patience for going down what turned out to be an unexpected rabbit hole of discovery. He was committed to ensuring we didn’t go a day in the summer heat without a functional AC. Tremendous value and trust with this company and their staff. Been with them for over a decade and wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

  Jaime was absolutely outstanding! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated to making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He took the time to carefully troubleshoot the issue, explained everything clearly, and never rushed the job. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about doing the work right. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, everything is working great. I truly appreciate all of his hard work and would highly recommend Jaime to anyone looking for excellent service.

  My husband and I would like to say a BIG "Thank you" today to Kelli at JW HVAC and Shawn one of JW's great technicians for helping us with our HVAC system issue. Kelli was very helpful and instrumental in dispatching Shawn to our home today. Kelli and Shawn are professionals and polite. The moment Shawn entered our home, he covered his working shoes to protect our floors. That was "huge" for me!! Shawn investigated the issue with our AC system and explained in full details what was the cause of concern. It is wonderful to be a member of the maintenance program that JW has to offer for our HVAC system. They stand firm on their work and will work with you to solve the problem. Shawn was very knowledgeable and by far one of the most helpful and experienced in his profession. Again, a BIG "Thank you" to Kelli and Shawn for the great service you provided to our home today. We are enjoying the cool house considering the rise in temperature this upcoming weekend. We highly recommend JW & its Affiliates. It was a pleasure to work with Shawn today, and we are extremely satisfied with his service. Thank you JW!!

  Amazing service. Daniel was Amazing, approachable, friendly, courteous and very pleasant. My service was scheduled between 9 and 11 am. He got he came at 9 am. Clean with a smile for an early morning appointment. Even though after he serviced our AC unit I think he needed to change lol (sorry). He did all the inspection points including checking the attic . The job took about 90 minutes and a bit extra to show me pictures of his accomplishments. Great service. I signed up to be a continuing customer. With service like this we will be using JW for our AC needs. Thank you DANIEL.

  I have an outdated HVAC unit on its last leg, AC blowing hot air and recently my thermostat burnt out. Hyrum and JT came out for my initial inspection and were excellent start to finish. They tested my unit and said it was still functioning (albeit not efficiently). Hyrum and Travis came back to install/set up my Google thermostat. Hyrum made some adjustments to get my AC functioning properly and swapped out my filter. Hyrum, JT and Travis were all extremely personable and just seem like good guys doing honest work. I signed up for the maintenance plan because I’m so pleased with the entire experience.
