  I hired Everguard to replace the insulation in the attic of my townhouse. The crew that arrived was professional and efficient. They had a piece of equipment malfunction early on and had to leave to buy a replacement, but that added only 20-30 minutes to the overall time to complete the job. It was a hot day and they were in a non-air conditioned location. I tip my hat to these gentlemen for their hard work.

  From start to finish, our experience with Everguard Home Insulation was outstanding! Every single person we worked with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The crew introduced themselves before getting started, took great care while working in our home, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you couldn’t even tell they had been there. From our very first email to the final payment, the entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that provides both exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship, but Everguard Home Insulation exceeded our expectations in every way.   Im so glad I found Everguard! I interviewed other top companies, who just want to make your situation sound worse than it is, so you'll spend more. But Emmy @Everguard was Honest from the start, and offered me options like SOCAL Gas rebates to help me save Big money with installing insulation, NO other company even brought it up!!? And their Install team was 1st Rate!! On time, Fast, efficient and kept my house spotless! Kevin the team foreman was a huge asset and very professional! Do yourself a Favor, Hire only "American owned: companies, like Everguard that have served the home owners of the SF Valley since the 1950s!!

  One of my friends used Ever Guard Home installation and referred them to me. She had a wonderful experience so I needed this done at my house. So I called them, I spoke with Cynthia, who was so friendly and so warm and really made me feel good about using the company. I also had questions about the installation and I spoke with Logan, who was extremely knowledgable and really informed me about the product and what I was doing and helped me make my own decision as to what insulation to use. I hired them and they came out and gave me an estimate that was really good. We scheduled an appointment. They removed all the old installation and cleaned my attic and did a fantastic job. The workers were excellent. They were on time !! They were extremely respectful, neat and friendly. They were a pleasure to have in the house and then the next day another crew came and blew in the new installation. They also were on time, neat and had a great attitude. The company did a follow up. I am extremely happy and I would highly recommend Ever Guard insulation. What a great family run business. They exceeded my expectations!

  This was one of the most mediocre—if not the worst—experiences I’ve had with a home service company. I initially contacted them to schedule attic insulation removal followed by new insulation installation. Right away, I was told these two services couldn’t be completed on the same day. Their proposed schedule would have left my home without insulation for five days. After some back and forth, we finally agreed on a Monday removal with the installation crew coming Tuesday. On Monday, while the removal crew was at my house, I received a call from Cynthia informing me that the installation had to be pushed to Thursday because their machine had broken down. While I understand equipment failures happen, I was disappointed that there was no meaningful solution offered beyond an apology and a promise to call if anything changed. The following day, I called to discuss the condition my property was left in after the removal. Cynthia could barely remember our conversation from the previous day. Rather than addressing my concerns, she repeatedly told me she was shocked because the company had been in business for so long and had never received a complaint like mine. That response felt dismissive and didn’t do anything to resolve the situation. Removal Crew * Not particularly friendly or communicative. * Asked if they could tear into a windowsill to make the job easier. * Played music from a phone in the attic that could easily be heard throughout the house. * Finished the job, took what appeared to be rushed photos, and left my backyard a mess. Installation Crew * A much better experience overall. * Professional, courteous, and willing to explain the work they were doing. * Cleaned up the mess left behind by the removal crew. * Kept me informed throughout the installation and left a much better impression. Overall, the installation crew deserves credit for their professionalism, but they couldn’t make up for the poor scheduling, lack of communication, and disappointing experience with the removal crew and customer service. Based on my experience, I’d recommend looking at other insulation companies before choosing this one.
