Dane came out on a Saturday to snake our kitchen drain. He did a great job and was friendly.

We have been using Family Plumbing for several years and they always do a great job. They are straight and honest with you and give you good advice, just like they were a family member. They are not in it just to make a buck but rather to do good work they take pride in. All their staff that I have dealt with are competent and skilled. They are clean and courteous. A great company!

Ruben was friendly and thorough. He talked me through the items I needed checked out and answered my questions. Mario joined him to assist, and he was also very nice. Jenn is always lovely and efficient in setting up service.

I’ve used the Family Plumber for a number of years. I really appreciate how the main office keeps in touch with me to let me know estimated arrival times and other need-to-know details. I also appreciate they give a two hour arrival window, instead of a four or six hour window to wait around. This time was because my mom flushed a pencil down the toilet and thought if she just kept flushing the problem would go away. Brian was a real gentleman and didn’t make her feel bad for making that decision. He had to take the toilet up because the pencil was wedged in deeply, but cleaned up so thoroughly you never know anything happened.

Ali explained the issue with my kitchen sink and snaked it so it drained. He then ran a camera down the pipe to show me what was blocking it and suggested a water jet for the first 20’ as the rest was clear. I booked a date for the jet and hopefully that takes care of my backed up drain for a while.
