The Family Plumber organization had a plumber on call and he responded in a timely matter. We were expecting to pay additional fees for emergency work on a weekend, but we were not. The plumber on call fixed our issue, however; our plumbing emergency was a much larger problem, and they came out to locate ground pipes on Monday and then scheduled major plumbing repairs asap. OVERALL A VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED ORGANIZATION. From office to onsite personnel they are polite, kind, and professional. Top TOP NOTCH ORGANIZATION. They even replanted our roses after the work was done. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY WORK YOU REQUIRE. P.S. We are not in the habit of leaving reviews, but we were so pleased we had to share how wonderful they are.
