  I want to thank Jack and team for the recent installation of LVP in my new condo. They were very helpful and professional through all phases of the project including help with finding the right LVP to match the existing granite.

  Prices are extremally high. Please shop around and you will see first hand. Very Very Poor customer service!!! Lack of transparency. Bait and switched. Once I had the product, the owner, Daren, came up with excuses. Never should have done business with this company....and nor should you.

  The quality was beyond expectation. Our Bixby expert, Cheryl, thoroughly inspected our amazing trouble free installation. The price point was great. I highly recommend Bixby Plaza flooring.

  Approximately one year after a faulty installation, the carpet developed a large “ridge”..... about two feet from the wall. It is approximately 3 feet long.... looks like a seam with the carpet pushing together, causing a raised section. After much miscommunication from the vendor, a installer came out to access the issue. He was upset that the area hadn’t been “prepped” beforehand. No one had told me to prep anything. He was supposed to simply diagnose the issue. Icy personality, no people skills and rude. Expected that I would jump through multiple hoops..... moving multiple items. Suffice it to say after several phone calls, no resolution. Consider ANY other carpet vendor before taking a chance with these people!!!!! Well, all this time later.... (2years) Carpet continues to exhibit signs that it is either defective or simply poor quality. Phoned the store to ask a technical question regarding the 15 raised ridges that have developed and was informed that someone would call me back. Got a text from Cheryl telling me that the warranty had expired (I knew that) and listed a couple of referrals to contact. Since I didn’t call on a warranty issue, she just jumped to a wrong conclusion. I wanted to inquire about whether this type of carpet could become loose or stretched, causing the ridges. Proves yet again that a person can’t be taught “people skills”....... you either have them or you don’t. Suffice it to say that I wouldn’t recommend even considering this business, much less patronizing it. ( My name is Ken and I approved this message 😉).

  Excellent job!! Louie helped so much with finding the perfect flooring, insulation, scheduling. Gabriel and Alex did a great job with installation. They came on time, kept everything neat and clean. Precised work! Thank you to all three so much!
