  Kano & Armaan arrived promptly, were very respectful, got right to work. Installed a new heatpump system w new thermostats. Completed their work, cleaned up and let me know they where done, asked if I had any questions before they left. I highly recommend American Energy, they have always been prompt and knowledgeable, getting our AC up and going quickly, which is a must during Sacramento summers.

  From the initial consult to the final installation American Energy was truly professional. The owner Matt himself came out to assess the scope of work and sent a Proposal in a timely manner. His installers were professional, friendly and all had positive attitudes. They answered all my inquiries and did an excellent job of installing the new system. American Energy was Great to work with for my new HVAC system, and extremely competitive with pricing.

  The company was faster to respond than the others we left messages with or filled out online forms. Like contacted us within half an hit of opening. Set a time window. Let us know well before our window the time was going to be pushed back. Let us know on the way, would arrive in 20, arrived in 18. Greg was super nice and also professional, right to business. No huge upsell, identified the issue very quickly. Offered a maintenance club, but very low pressure. It was a great experience and I highly recommend, especially if you’ve been traumatized by other companies. Good stuff.

  Great company with solid people. I bought my new system from them about 18 months ago, and about a year ago they came out and did a complementary service and talked to me about their maintenance plan. I was hesitant to sign up, but the plan covers parts, labor, and adding in coolant to your system so you don't have to pay for that separately. Something went out on the new system last week, well out of the ordinary free labor warranty the system came with, so I called them up and they came out the same day. Because of that maintenance plan everything was covered and I didn't have to pay a dime. I'm happy with the service and quality of their work. And that maintenance plan is something everyone should absolutely sign up for!

  Our AC unit stopped working late Friday evening, and a good friend recommended American Energy Home Pros. I contacted them at 7:52 PM on a Friday, fully expecting not to hear back until Monday because it was so late and the weekend was starting. To my surprise, Matt, the owner, responded within 4 minutes. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and immediately put me at ease. Shortly after, Ashley, their customer service representative, called and scheduled us for the very next morning. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. By 8:20 AM on Saturday, Craig, the technician, was already at our house and had the issue diagnosed and fixed quickly. Craig was easygoing, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. My husband had actually tried to fix the problem himself and had replaced one capacitor, but it turned out there were two that needed to be replaced. We are beyond happy with the service we received. I honestly cannot believe how quickly they responded and resolved the issue during the middle of the busy summer season. I had also contacted two other companies and didn’t receive a call back for several days. From Matt, to Ashley, to Craig, the entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. I highly recommend American Energy Home Pros.
