  Craig came by for routine AC maintenance. He not only did a great job but was very friendly to my family, well organize, clean, thorough. I had a break in my vent duct and he showed several pictures before and after the repair. This company is the most honest I’ve found in all my homeowner years!

  Kyle is the best in the business here. My HVAC blew up on my home in Lincoln. Within less than 24 hours of deciding to go ahead, I had a whole brand new system installed! Super friendly and easy staff to work with. I highly reccomend American Energy, and especially kyle for his technical skills in breaking down what all needed to be done both with the systems and cost. I will be using in the future for any of my other properties!

  Save the Best for Last! When my 19-year-old AC went out, I was hoping to repair it one more time. I knew it was getting old and would eventually need to be replaced, but I was nervous about the cost of a new system and honestly expected the worst. I called American Energy Home Pros, and Greg came out the same day. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my system. He gave me repair options and estimates, but after looking at everything, it became clear that putting more money into a 19-year-old system didn't make much sense. Greg quickly connected me with Kyle Ebert, who came out that same evening. Kyle was amazing from start to finish. He walked me through several options and helped me compare what made the most sense for my home. I was nervous when it came time to see the numbers, but after the available rebates were applied, I was shocked at how affordable a brand-new, energy-efficient heat pump system was. I also have to give a special shoutout to Ashly Woody in accounting. I had several unusual requests when it came to funding, and she was incredibly responsive. She worked behind the scenes to make everything come together and somehow made me feel like I was her only customer. The best part? We decided to move forward, hoping to be installed within a week, and they had us scheduled for installation the very next day! Armann and Kano arrived early, completed the entire installation in about six hours, and were professional, friendly, and respectful to everyone in my home. They even waited for me to get home so they could walk me through the new system and make sure I understood everything. Less than 24 hours earlier, I was trying to sleep in a house that was nearly 90 degrees. Now, I have a brand-new, energy-efficient heat pump system at a payment I can afford. I highly recommend American Energy Home Pros. If you're collecting multiple bids, my honest advice would be to save them for last—because you may not need to look any further. Thank you, Greg, Kyle, Ashly, Armann, and Kano! You all turned what I expected to be a stressful experience into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Save the best for last!

  Very disappointed with American Energy Home Pros. Our AC went out, and we called American Energy Home Pros to diagnose the issue. We paid a $100 inspection fee and were told we needed a new indoor fan motor. We were quoted almost $1,565 for the repair, and they didn’t have the part available but said they could order it. Before agreeing to the repair, I decided to get a second opinion—and I’m very glad I did. Frost Energy Solutions came out and diagnosed the same issue. Josh replaced the same motor for $775 TOTAL, including the inspection, and even topped off our Freon. That’s nearly an $800 difference for the exact same repair. I understand companies have different pricing and overhead, but I felt the original quote was extremely high, especially after finding another reputable company willing to do the same job for almost half the price. I would definitely recommend Frost Energy Solutions and Josh. He was professional, honest, fair, and transparent about the repair and pricing. In this economy, that kind of integrity means a lot! Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before paying a high HVAC repair quote. We’re very thankful we did! 👏🏼❄️

  I have two air conditioning units and they both failed on the same day, one in a million. I called American Energy Home Pros to get a quote for a replacement and they informed me about their free second opinion. I didn't even have a service contract with them but they sent Garrett out the same day and he confirmed that the units were both failed. The next morning Kyle was at my house first thing in the morning and prepared a quote for replacement. He provided different options and we walked through all past issues I've had and together we designed a new system. The products were all in stock so installation was scheduled for the very next day. For the next two days, Armaan and Kano worked through 100 degree days to get our new system installed. They were great, they worked nonstop and kept me updated throughout the day on the progress made. They were so clean and respectful of our property and when they left there was no evidence of the work that had been going on over the last two days. We had do some additional electrical work and Kano jumped right on it and took care of it. Based on my initial experience with American Energy Home Pros I would recommend them to anybody who has issues with the air conditioning system. Thank you to Garrett, Kyle, Armaan and Kano, truly a great company!
