Kyle was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very efficient with scheduling, especially understanding and accommodating as we have a kid with special needs. Team is able to complete this project within a short turnaround time. Special thanks to our installers Gary, Bryson, as well as Kano for their hard work - installation went smooth and everything was completed with a high level of quality and care.
- BFBrian FuldaMay 5, 20263.0First off, the American Energy team is great. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. We did a full HVAC replacement (furnace and condenser through them) and are happy with the new system. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because of the experience AFTER the install. Following the install, we needed a Title 24 inspection done. American Energy Home Pros does not do this themselves. They hire a third party HVAC company who has to schedule a time to come out and inspect your new system. THEN, the city has to come out and verify THAT to get you a valid permit. The city of Auburn didn't give us a time, they just gave us an 8 hour window. As homeowners who work from home, this was a major hassle for us as they happened to come during a very important meeting. All of this could have been prevented if American Energy Home Pros just handled the inspection after the installation and passed it off to the city. We were majorly inconvenienced by this and would not recommend this process to anyone.

ReddingMay 2, 20265.0I had David Orlando come out and do the semi annual maintenance on my 6 month old HVAC system, he’s been here before so knew my crew of crazy dogs and was so friendly with them. Davis was awesome and so pleasant to have in my home. My house was a mess and he didn’t even blink an eye LOL! American Energy is so great that I referred my mom to them to have her system checked because I know she can trust them to be honest, and to be in her home. Thank you to everyone at AE!
