  I had a great experience with Superior mechanical. The technician, Saul was professional, thorough, and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend them!

  I contacted Superior Mechanical Services because we were referred to them specifically due to their experience working on Colmac heat-pump equipment. We were dealing with an emergency hot water outage at a 283-unit high-rise residential building in San Francisco and were urgently trying to locate a qualified HVAC/mechanical contractor. Unfortunately, the dispatcher I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive, and not helpful given the urgency of the situation. I explained that 283 residential units were affected by the hot water outage and that we had been referred to their company specifically for this equipment. I was told they do not provide emergency repairs or after-hours service. What made the experience even more frustrating was that their website advertises emergency HVAC repair along with commercial HVAC, heat pumps, and water heater services. If emergency service is not actually available, that should be clearly communicated. When a property is dealing with an emergency affecting hundreds of residents, professionalism and clear communication matter. Even if a company cannot provide service, there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this company.

  Have a maintenance contract which is very reasonable and ensures that my HVAC system is working smoothly all year and ready for the change of seasons. Saul came out today and was very helpful. He checked everything out thoroughly and told me to cut back the plant growth around the compressor to keep it working right. All the service I have received from. Superior has been great. They call me twice a year to schedule maintenance and come out promptly to inspect my system and change filters. They really make it easy.

  Had Superior Mechanical out to adjust a drain spout for the heat pump that was put in earlier. Easily done. I sent an email, appt. was schedule for a few days later. Colton showed up on time and had it adjusted perfectly.
