AMAZING BIZ! From start to finish, our project went seamlessly. We walked into Latta Floors and met Litzy. She was so patient and helpful with answering all of our questions (and I had lots🤪), helped us find flooring that we fell in love with (and we took several samples) and even dropped off samples on our porch. Then I met Amanda when we put in our order. I tell you other local companies could seriously learn from the way they run their business. They are on top of things, beyond communicative, and the nicest people! Amanda was in constant contact with me while we were in remodel mode and even pushed our flooring install out as needed until our remodel was done. Her husband, Thanh and his crew did an amazing job tearing out our tile, installing our new flooring and new baseboards. Our new floors are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend visiting Latta Floors if you’re in the market for new flooring and working with good people that will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy!

We couldn’t be happier with the work this team did. From the start, they stood out among the 4–5 contractors we spoke with. They were the only company that used a measurement tool and app to provide an accurate, detailed estimate, which immediately gave us confidence in their work. RJ’s attention to detail before installation set the tone for everything that followed. The entire crew did an exceptional job, with Ricardo standing out for his careful and meticulous work around the house. Thanh did the flush mount HVAC vents and they turned out beautifully — even our friends and family have commented on them after seeing photos! Amanda was there with us throughout the entire process and played an instrumental role in coordinating everything. She also helped guide us toward the engineered hardwood flooring we ultimately chose and made sure we got the best possible price. Highly recommended!

Shout out to Amanda. She was great! Even though I had the opportunity to shop around and compare prices between Latta Floors and other vendors, in the back of my mind, i still have Latta Floors close to my heart. To be honest, Amanda won my heart over. She was straight forward, honest, responsive, and efficient -- my kind of people. From the very beginning, Amanda was encouraging and patient going through the type of carpets and padding with me. She was also very quick to respond to all of our emails - some times i wonder if she ever sleeps! haha Thanh and his teams were great too! They had a team for carpet installation and another team for vinyls. This help made the installation process so much more faster. For our new home, the previous owner's flooring had some uneven flooring and Thanh was able to fix the problem. Our stairs also had some creaking sound and Thanh's team was able to fix the creak as well! In the end all of our flooring turn out great and we really like the result.
