  HUGE RAVE for Bartnett Plumbing Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Barnett Pluming, especially Daniel R, because good customer service deserves to be recognized and shared. I had a pretty awful experience with another company that was recommended in the same facebook group (can't win them all). That plumber left me feeling like they were trying to stretch the job just to bill more hours, actually broke something that was part of my RO system, then told me I'd have to pay if I wanted them to come back. I was pretty traumatized and thought I'd be scammed again. (I don't want to rant about this place because it could have just been the one plumber they assigned to me) Bartnett Plumbing was the complete opposite, and Daniel was pleasantly different! He was super professional, patient, friendly, easy to communicate with, and actually showed up on time. No pressure, no upselling, no weird surprises. He really took his time to help evaluate all our concerns.

  There is a reason why I always seek services from Barnett Plumbing time and time again. In my humble opinion, they are the most honest, hard-working, and dedicated people you will ever cross paths with. Once again, Barnett Plumbing did not disappoint: Alberto G. did a phenomenal job replacing our water heater. He even went out of his way to fix a leaky pipe issue while he was here. Not only did he complete everything seamlessly, but he also explained the whole process and answered all of our questions. My hats off to Barnett Plumbing for hiring only the best of the best. With the number of plumbing issues my house has, I will definitely be calling you again. Thank you very much.

  Daniel was awesome! He arrived exactly when he said he would be arriving. He was very courteous. He took the time to fully understand my concerns and troubleshooted the issue in less than five minutes. I really appreciate his honest and ethical approach. He was friendly and did a wonderful job! Best of all since the work took just a couple of minutes. He did not charge me for the service at all. I had used Barnett Plumbing in the past and I’m so glad I called them again for this issue. Thank you, Daniel for doing a wonderful job!

  We needed a new outdoor water spigot..and in order to see what needed to get done they had to go under the house. after careful evaluation...we were told we had some leaks and one toilet vent had fallen....he had taken pictures, so we could see exactly what he was talking about.... and we didnt have to wait weeks.....they had an open appointment the very next day.. The service guys showed up this morning right on time. Professional and courteous. It took several hours and when finished they explained all the work done and cleaned up...it's as if they were never here...we became members and look forward to our continued relationship with Barnett Plumbing .. They did not try to up sell us...which sadly I've experienced in the past. So overall 5 stars for a great team.

  Giovanni was at our door within the first hour of the 3hr window and it didn't take him long to troubleshoot and explain the issue clearly. Working with their office It would involve replacement of some parts that are not off the shelf - (which I fully expected before callingfor an app. The thing I appreciate is that within 20min they had 3 options for me that would work well with my time line. So while I'm writing this Juanita calls me from their office that they happen to have the primary part on hand - so somebody actually took the time to look - really saves me - how cool is that! The next day Jose was at our door on time and made the repair including restoring the cut sheetrock ready for the texture and paint all relatively quickly. Great to have a plumber with his years of experience. The next morning I received a call from Tristan to review what had been done, where there would be some cost savings for me thanks to how Jose did his repair and how things would move forward. It's been a great company to have working with us. Thanks Barnett!! Mike
