  I highly recommend Barnett Plumbing and Water Heaters. I had my new water heater installed today. Jose was very efficient and set to work immediately after his arrival to remove the old water heater. He was very conscientious and even cleaned the floor area before installing a new pan and the water heater. He wiped the area again before leaving. He explained what he would be doing before he began and affirmed it at completion. Thank you, Jose, and Barnett Plumbling. I am a very satisfied customer.

  Daniel R. Was friendly, on time and knowledgeable when coming out to help diagnose the issue I was having with the leak occurring on the side of my home and with estimating the cost. Steve C.   We had a great experience with Barnett Plumbing and would highly recommend them. Jose was fantastic—very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Daniel was also wonderful and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions, which really gave us peace of mind. The office staff was equally great to work with and went above and beyond to coordinate with our insurance adjuster and help make the process as smooth as possible. Everyone we dealt with was responsive, helpful, and professional from start to finish. We’re very grateful for their help!

  Had a mixed experience with Barnett Plumbing. They had to cancel on me twice, which was frustrating, but they did make it right by coming out later and doing the water heater flush for free. The technician was professional and did a good job. While he was here they did a whole house inspection and recommended replacing 6 multiturn angle stop valves with quarter turn valves. The quote was $3,336 ($556 each). I decided to get another quote from a licensed plumber and had all 6 replaced for about a third of that price. I appreciate that Barnett made up for the cancellations and the water heater flush was done well. I just think the pricing on the valve replacement was way too high. I would recommend getting another quote before approving any bigger repairs.

  We have used Barnett Plumbing a few times over the last 15 years and they have always been excellent, reliable, and courteous. Our water heater died and we booked an on-line appointment for the next available time. We received a call from Juanita shortly after they opened that they could actually send someone earlier since we didn't have any hot water. Within 10 minutes, Francis came out to give us options and estimates for a replacement. He took his time to explain the options and took into consideration our input. We agreed on an option, and within 2 hours, Jose arrived and started on the replacement water heater. He quickly and expertly had the replacement installed and didn't mind answering all the random questions along the way. The following week, we had Juan come out to replace our main water shutoff valves and to add a pressure regulator. Again, everything was done expertly and courteously! I would highly recommend Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters for any plumbing needs!
