Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was the complete opposite. We repeatedly received voicemails from Crystal asking us to call her back, but after multiple attempts, she was always either in a meeting or unavailable. We only needed a simple form, yet it seemed like no one at the company was able to assist us. Quality customer service is the heart of any business, and the lack of communication and follow-through from the office reflects poorly on the company’s overall reputation. While the repair work itself was great, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired.
