  From the first appt meeting with Aaron all the way to the final inspection everything was perfect. Excellent communication through the entire process and it was all presented in a very understandable way. Now that the install is complete I can say my house has never been cooler and the unit only runs half the time the old one used to.

  I called Shaw's for an estimate to install a water shut off valve. They said there would be a $75.00 charge to come out and give an estimate. I agreed and they came out. They gave me an estimate of $1867.00 and I already had the shut off system. Then they told me the charge for coming out was $97.00 I even wrote it down next to their number that they told me it was $75.00. The plumber also told me the valve I had was a 1/2" valve and it turned out to be a 1" valve. Everything was wrong from the beginning to the end, very disappointing.

  Juan was awesome he came on time very professional, he fixed the pipes under my kitchen sink we have an older home and the pipes were part pvc and metal, Juan replaced all the pipes under the sink. New drains now I have stoppers for both sides of the sink which I never had before, I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. It was quite expensive but well worth every penny. I shouldn't have this problem again for a very long time. Thank you so much

  Getting our AC units replaced was super fast and easy with Shaw’s. Our AC broke down Thursday, reached out to them on Saturday, and by the next day they had an appointment set up for Tuesday afternoon. I particularly liked how you can reach out to them via text! That is super convenient. Tuesday morning they started at 6:45AM and were done by 2:30PM. The receptionist, and all the techs were professional and very nice. Would definitely recommend!

  Called the office and spoke to Valerie - asked if my recently installed A/C could get a slight charge (needed 12ozs of R-32) because I upsized my lineset by 10ft. She informed me that it’s not in “the scope” of what they do, and that my system would need to be assessed and leak checked. I let her know I installed it, and I’ve been an HVAC/R tech for over 10 years (schooled and epa-608 certified) and that it doesn’t need a leak check (because it’s already been performed). I’m not looking to buy a $300+ 20lb jug of refrigerant for a single job that requires less than a pound of refrigerant, and the unit just needed a charge - her response was, it’s just not in the scope of what we do and that was the end of the conversation. So, if you’re an experienced person or DIY person, call Joe’s heating and air or 559 heating and cooling because you’ll at least be talking to someone experienced.
