  Shaw’s Home Comfort was my first experience with HVAC. Prompt responses and always looking out for the customer with warranty repairs and parts. I will use them again in the future if needed. Riley showed up to diagnose my 4 year old A/C unit that stopped cooling and freezing up the lines. He hopped up into the smoldering hot attic and had an answer and estimate pretty quickly. My hat’s off to the young man for braving this heat and getting my blower motor replaced.

  I wanted to rate them very high, I had high hopes for the company. They were fast and good with my AC, but they said they HAD to install a fire detector system. Their AC was very expensive and barely works, I have to keep the temperature higher than I like to get it to work at all. I asked them about it and they said it's anything but my unit (of course it is). Now the smoke detectors started beeping after about 2 weeks. New ones were installed and now 6 months later its beeping at 3 am saying the sensor is dirty. I tried to clean it, but nothing, its 3 am and it's too loud to go back to sleep. They didn't make sure I had a way to access the alarm before they installed it on the peak of my 11 ft steeple ceiling. Now I'm awake at 3 am and not very happy about it. Make sure you ask as many questions as you can about warranty's and after hours help.

  Had them come out to do a dryer vent service and it lasted under 8 months I called back to see if they would honor a warranty and I was told that they could not I never felt so ripped off was charged 267.00 for 8 months

  Last December we decided to look into getting our air conditioner replaced. We spoke to several companies but ultimately decided on Shaws. Our goal was to reduce our tru up bill that we get every August. They recommended a bigger unit and rewiring. They were more expensive but we felt they gave us the best solution. This years true up bill is down 2,000.00, with 98% of that happening in September, October and November. So worth it!!

  A very honest, reputable company with the most polite, friendly men working for them with. Peter is an honest man with integrity. Showed me the problem had been solved before he even began, and I didn't know it. He showed me what I did and I learned something new today. The next time I have a problem I will call Shaw's because I trust them. Can't say that about many companies these days! 😁
