Rented a welder here, after all of that they still got weird when I asked to use their restroom. I’ve rented many things and never had a rental like this one. They basically act like you’re not going to bring it back before you rent the machine, extremely unprofessional especially when dealing with a national level business. I’ll make sure we use another location next time:

Rented a bobcat for a week $2200. The first day it got there it overheated and went into limp mode the following day at the end of the day they delivered a new one worked for a day and a half and it broke down. The following day they came out around 2 pm and they found a broken belt it sat at my house for 4 day finally on the 5 day it was fixed. The entire experience was horrible. Customer service was terrible they would blame to service department for the broken equipment and even blamed us for improper use. Don’t recommend this place they charged me another $ 600 dollars in gas they said they sold diesel at 14 dollars a gallon

I have been a customer since Daniel & Josh was with the other company, WHY? Because since the very first time they make me feel like a friend perhaps family, yes, their prices are very competitive just like any other business, however what set this 2 and his crew apart by a mile, it's the friendly atmosphere and welcoming feeling you get, and don't get me started with problem solving and suggestions. I do appreciate them, they go the extra mile for you and talk to you straight, no gray areas or gimmicks “atta boys” really helpful people, very knowledgeable, gently and they do listen and most importantly, they do make happen the whole nine yards yes it's other places where I can go to do business however the kind of service attention and dedication we do get with Danny and his team it's just Elite, Epic! So why go somewhere else?
The only thing that changed with the new administration was the name, everything remain the same personal and dedicated service, the occasional joke here, there along with the cup of coffee, I wouldn't have any other way
Thanks, Danny, Josh, and the staff
