- DLDaniel Lewis1 day ago1.0Don't know how they normally treat customers but after today I won't be coming back. I called them on the phone looking for a part they answer the phone left it off the hook so I can hear them typing and talking and dealing with stuff for almost 30 minutes. In the meantime I was able to drive clear across town. Very unprofessional charge me 7 Bucks for a brass sleeve did not even offer a discount for me having to listen to them on the phone. Did not offer a discount for my age. Did not offer discount for veterans. This is the most unprofessional I have ever been treated. Really says a lot about the business and the lack of customer care and appreciation
