  Beautiful work by Angel and his crew. Professional, clean, knowledgeable, respectful, and worked hard to get the job done. We needed a new air system and they accommodated us right away given that we have my elderly mother in the house. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC work and beyond. Thank you!

  Wayne just came out on time and went straight to the unit. Wasted no time and knew what was going on. My unit is 20 years old, with original fan and capacitor. All is good to go happy wife now. Will go back to him when I need replacement. Economic West folks are trained professionals

  My husband and I began to have issues with our Ac unit overheating leading to a block of ice forming on our outside unit which caused our AC to shut off during the hottest time of the year. We called Econo west and they were quick to come and begin working on assessing the issues. Rather than immediately trying to sell us a brand new system, they worked patiently over the course of a couple days to get our AC up and running with repairs to extend the life of our system. When we were between repairs, they were kind enough to offer us a portable air conditioner to keep our family including my two dogs, two children, my husband and myself who is very pregnant comfortable until the repairs were completed. They checked in with us daily since the repairs and were excellent in walking us through the steps they were taking and explaining things in a way that made it easier to understand. Both Dave and Angel along with two other gentleman had came over and they were all very kind, respectful and patient and we are greatly appreciative to the company for a reflection of hard work, honesty and commitment to ensuring the issues were addressed and fixed. We would 100% recommend them to anyone and plan to call them first should we run into any issues that lay in the scope of the services they provide. If you are looking for fair pricing, good, honest people and commitment to getting the job done, EconoWest is it!

  Dan remembers me from installing my HVAC about 15 years ago. That’s a good serviceman! Econo got him out to my place, miraculously same day, in the middle of a heat wave when my mini split cooler drain got clogged. I have cancer and am home all day in the heat. The quick service was a lifesaver for me. I appreciate the quick service when I know how busy these people are, and I appreciate seeing Big Dan again. Updated to add: The true value of a business is often shown when there is a mistake. These things happen and are part of doing business but how it is handled can differ widely. In unclogging my mini split drain, the water heater, why is right under it, was doused and the pilot went out. The water in the pan kept air from getting in to allow me to relight the pilot. Dan told me this. He did not hide behind “well, we have no idea how this happened, but we relit your pilot as a courtesy.” He was honest and apologetic. Econo West didn’t try to make me feel like I was stupid or that there was no way they could have knocked out my water heater. They got Dan back out within an hour or so and got my issue fixed. I stand by my 5 star rating and my belief that Dan is an asset, not despite the error, but even more now because of how they handled the error. I will definitely call them again for any future heating and cooling needs.
