  I cannot praise this company enough! My elderly friends' A/C was not working - even though 2 technicians from another company (MD AIR) had just serviced it on 2 different days! My friend is not well and we decided to call someone else instead of waiting 2 weeks for MD AIR to come out a third time. When I called Econo West and explained the problem, they had a techician (Ceasar) out there in less than 2 hours! Ceasar and his boss (Angel, who showed up a little later) found out that the A/C condensor drain line was clogged and water was not draining, so the A/C could not function properly. When MD AIR installed the A/C a few years ago, they ran the condensor drain line under the slab, which was incorrect because, well - it could not drain. Econo West provided faster than expected service and discovered the problem when MD AIR did not. Both Econo West techs were professional and provided quality work. My friend can now enough a nice, cool home. In addition, my friend will be signing up for the maintenance service that is 2x year with Econo West! We will be terminating the maintenance contract with MD AIR. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a company who actually cares and can fix the problem! Thank you, Econo West for such great service!

  J.D. got here fast after the phone call from Econo West A/C. It took him 15 mins. to get here. He diagnosed the problem quick and found out it was the A/C capacitor. J.D. finished the job in 30 minutes. Thank you sir, great job.

  I'm a repeat customer, had my HVAC system installed by Cody and maintained by the Econo crew. Had some urgent trouble yesterday with it, and Big Dan came out and solved it. Great company!

  Dave and Erica were extremely kind, listened to my issue, and took the time to be helpful. They responded quickly and beat the competition on the price. Wayne finished the service in less than 30 minutes and was a pleasure to work with. I honestly look forward to establishing and maintaining an ongoing relationship. I’m blown away by how much I enjoyed this experience.

  Econ West is what all companies should strive to be - professional, honest and their ed a work is impeccably. They showed up as scheduled and conducted a full maintenance on my AC.
