Ryan found quite a bit of the new insulation in the intake duct, the blower fan and the internal coil. He sealed up the intake duct attachment (it was holding on by one screw) then he removed the blower fan and removed 99% of the attached insulation. It will take two people to remove and clean the internal coil. He was on time, easy to work with and he explained and showed each item that needed attention. He left all work areas clean and explained what still needed to be done. I give him 5 stars for actually finding the issues and resolving what he could today.
