  Our A/C began blowing hot air on the Fourth of July. We have 2 young children, so an 80-degree house and waiting until next week to get it fixed was not an option. Fortunately, Precision Temperature sent out Ryan, a fantastic tech, who diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and relatively inexpensively, considering it was midday on a holiday. After fixing the problem and double-checking that was the only problem, he took the time to clearly explain how it broke, how much more life we have in our 21-year-old system, and how to maintain it moving forward until we’re ready to purchase a new one.

  My son who had direct contact with Kevin was very impressed of his knowledge and his honesty. We definitely would continue working with your company. We have several refrigerators and walk ins that will need repairs at one point.

  Salvador provided courteous, patient, professional service. System maintenance uncovered a drainage problem that needed a return visit to repair. The repair proved more complicated than anticipated. An second person was required & was called in to finish the repair. They kept at it until the problem was resolved.

  Ryan E was great. Provided a lot of detailed information during his inspection which was really helpful being a first time home buyer trying to understand what fixed were necessary for my A/C unit
