  I have used them several times now and they are always professional, informational, and do not hit you with a hard sale for repairs or add-ons you don't need. Trustworthy company. So far I have only used them for maintenance calls, but when or if I need a new HVAC system, they will be the first company I call.

  In a pinch on a scorching hot day, Precision Temp sent out a technician. Oscar not only fixed the issue rapidly, but he took the time to explain to me how he diagnosed the issue, replaced the failed part, and stuck around to verify everything was working well.   The technicians name was Oscar he showed up on time he didn’t try to upsell me a new system like so many other HVAC companies he just came and fixed it and when he left my air-conditioning was working and that’s all I wanted. This is the only California hvac company I will deal with in the future.
