  My wife and I were hesitant about starting a full roof replacement after reading so many contractor horror stories online. However, Lucerne Roofing & Supply proved to be the exact opposite. From the start, David (Estimator) was honest and practical, helping us save money by identifying what could be safely reused. Nicki in the office kept communication seamless and transparent regarding permits and potential hidden costs. When it came to installation, David, Alberto, and their crew worked like a well-oiled machine. They were prompt, communicated clearly about on-the-fly repairs, and kept the job site impeccably clean every day. The end result is a beautiful, high-quality roof. Major investment, but worth every penny. We couldn’t be happier with Lucerne Roofing & Supply and highly recommend them!

  I am very pleased with the work to renew my mobile home roof. All of the guys that did the roof & gutter work were professional, cheerful, and ready to answer any of my questions. Also I want to acknowledge Nikki and Joya for their kind support and communication throughout the process. There was also a 3rd person in the office with Joya, and regrettably I cannot remember her name, nevertheless, she too was very pleasant.   Nicki was very helpful in getting the process of replacing our roof started and explaining the process. The team arrived on schedule and finished the job on time. They did an outstanding job.

  They did a great job! Showed up right on time, introduced themselves and got to work. The finished work looks great! After they were done, they cleaned our roof and front yard leaving it cleaner than they’d found it. I appreciate the work as I needed a repair for my home insurance. I will definitely call them when I need a roof replacement.
