  Full HVAC System Replacement - Top notch efficient and friendly service. John and his crew were great at communicating the estimate, next steps, and completing the work. The crew that came to do the install was professional and respectful to our home. They were friendly and made sure I was involved at every step in the process. Their pricing is competitive and transparent. I could not say enough positive things about working with everyone I interacted with from office staff to field technicians. They were also helpful in the post-installation HERS and City inspections processes. 10/10

  It was easy to make an appointment for the service call. The service tech, Brent, arrived on time and was well prepared to achieve all objectives of the service call. He is considerate and answered all questions that I asked. Clean-up at the end of the service call was complete and the billing was exactly what was expected.

  I had a great experience with Mission Viejo Heating and Air Inc. First, the customer service representative was able to move our appointment up by a full day, which was a great start. Our service technician, John, gave us a courtesy call before arriving and somehow managed to show up even earlier than the scheduled appointment time, a rare and pleasant surprise these days! John got right to work and quickly diagnosed the problem: a blown blower motor. It seemed like he knew what was wrong before the furnace even had a chance to finish complaining. Despite having other appointments scheduled, he rearranged his day to help take care of our immediate need, which we really appreciated. He quickly headed out to pick up a replacement blower motor and was back before I could get too comfortable thinking I might have to spend the day without air. The removal and installation were completed efficiently and professionally, and our system was back up and running in no time. John was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. If all service calls were this smooth, people might actually look forward to HVAC repairs. I highly recommend Mission Viejo Heating and Air Inc. and especially John for fast, reliable, and friendly service.
