  I have had a hard time finding a company that knows their way around a mini split. Grateful to Martin and the team at MV Heating & Air. I received timely, professional service with competitive pricing. Very happy and will be using for my future HVAC needs.

  Technician offered to come a day earlier than my scheduled appointment. Problem with hard start component was quickly identified and replaced. Air conditioner now works great and is a welcome relief to have a cool house in the hottest part of summer.

  I WOULD GIVE THEM 50 STARS IF I COULD!! We had a new HVAC system installed by another contractor that was having random/intermittent failures. The original contractor returned multiple times, but was unable to figure out the problem. As a last resort, we hired MVH&AC to perform an inspection. John quickly found the multiple problems and thoroughly documented them in a report for us so that our problem could be resolved. I cannot overstate how grateful we are for his expertise, professionalism, and grace in the process!

  Martin from MV Heating & Air went above and beyond to fix our AC. Our AC broke on a Monday when we happened to already have maintenance scheduled with the company. Martin came out multiple times to diagnose the issue and was extremely determined to help us get to the bottom of it, even though we could tell his schedule was jam-packed. He ultimately came out at 9 p.m. on a Friday, after finishing with all of his other customers, just to fit us in and resolve the final issue. Given the heat wave and our two furry pets at home, we cannot thank him enough for going the extra mile for us. We’re extremely happy with Martin and MV Heating & Air and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

  I rarely write reviews, but Mission Viejo Heating & Air truly earned this one. From the very first consultation through the final installation, the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful of my home. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and there was never any pressure—just honest recommendations and excellent workmanship. I especially want to recognize John Polli, who guided the entire project from start to finish. John’s knowledge, patience, and professionalism gave me complete confidence throughout the process. He took the time to answer every question, explain the available options, and helped me select the Carrier system that best fit my home and my goals. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right made a real difference. The installation crew did an exceptional job. The work was clean, organized, and completed with great attention to detail. Everything was tested, explained, and left in perfect condition. Most importantly, I ended up with exactly the Carrier system I wanted, and it has been performing flawlessly. The comfort in my home has improved significantly, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
