  They have worked on a few different projects and always done a great job. They installed a washer and dryer that another plumber told me couldn't be done. He did it in less than an hour after he got the parts.

  Paul our service tech was very professional and accurate in pointing out the problem with our beverage refrigerator. A fair estimate was given and the follow thru was great. Highly recommend.

  Awesome Experience. Same day service. Dryer making noise and shaking. Fixed issuer due to item jammed in blower wheel. Paul was amazing!!!

  Two burners on our four burner gas range were inoperative and the other two had to be lighted manually. The technician from MDTE CH arrived on time, identified the problems and repaired the range to like new operation. We would use MDTE H again.

  the repair of my friend's 20-yearl-old Viking microwave was a gift from me. it took three visits from igor and paul to diagnose, remove the oven, and replace the part. i ordered the recommended part and paid separately. her viking stove also needed evaluation because it was running hot. igor diagnosed the problem. paul ordered the thermostat and coordinated with my friend on its installation. she had to ask him to make sure that it was working. per her retelling, he didn't have his thermometer with him and was somewhat grumpy when she insisted that he do so. everything works well so far. the tech work was good if not expensive. however, i've found that their VERY aggressive marketing - 14 phone calls, emails and texts - to write this review borders on harassment.
