  I recently had the opportunity to work with John Mendiola from Comfort Air Heating and Plumbing, and the experience was exceptional. John was dispatched to provide a second opinion on a quote we received from another HVAC company. Upon arrival, he took the time to review the original proposal with me to ensure we were aligned before beginning his assessment. After a thorough evaluation, John clearly explained his findings and recommendations, without any high‑pressure sales tactics or upselling. His professionalism, transparency, and expertise immediately built trust, and I felt confident moving forward with his recommendations that same day. John exemplifies what quality service should look like.

  Couldn't be happier with Service. Two highlights to start: employees are personable and I was able to get service for my business A/C unit that same evening. They even carried the part needed to fix the commercial unit A/C (which was very old). So relieved I did not have to close shop for x amount of time. Steven helped me over the phone to get me setup with a same day appointment and quote. Email/text updates were sent when service was booked and technician was on way. The company even sends a bio snippet of your technician before they arrive. Which was an added nice touch. John M. was the technician that came out to fix the unit. He took a minute to introduce himself before getting to work. Even stopped to say hello to my senior pup. After diagnosing the issue he took the time to show and explain the broken part before replacing it. He was very personable and efficient. I really appreciated the customer service from start to end. Thank you for resolving the issues so promptly so that I could get back to business as usual!

  John provided exceptional service. He came out to my home immediately and was very efficient and professional during service. When we needed a second visit, he came out the very next day and resolved our issues completely. I went through a few other technicians unsuccessfully and John was by far the best. I highly recommend him for any HVAC work.

  Greg was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He came out to address a water heater thermostat error and quickly diagnosed the problem. He even contacted the water heater manufacturer to verify that he was resolving it correctly and confirmed that service would be covered by warranty. Greg also addressed additional plumbing concerns during the same visit even though he had to drive to several locations to find the correct parts. Comfort Air continues to be our “go-to” hvac, heating and plumbing service provider for their expertise, professionalism and dependability. Thanks, Greg!

  Excellent work. Technically superior installation, improving existing infrastructure. Installation Personnel were professional and courteous. They provided value added benefit to piping, insulation, drain system and fitup of equipment. Did excellent setup and testing of system. Explained operation and technical characteristics of the system. Good step through of the new controls. Cleaned up work area better than they found it. Remained on site through startup and validation for operation until I was satisfied. I upgraded from old HVAC TO NEW HEAT PUMP system. Arrived on time. Crane work was on schedule. Work completed in normal work day.
