  John was a great tech. He showed up early and introduced himself. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions I had. After completing his service he explained all the potential problems he found and offered solutions for repair or replace. Great guy.

  Due to kitchen remodeling, we have to relocate this vent to a different location. We contacted three HVAC companies , all the other two tried hard to do is to sell us a much bigger job. Then I called Comfort Air and technician John came. You can just tell he’s someone we can trust. The other two people we met earlier gave us feeling that we just need to run away from. John offered us a very reasonable price and did exactly what we asked him to do, and did it very professionally. He covered all the surrounding areas, did the job neatly, positioned the vent perfectly in the new area, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. It’s not easy to find good honest contractors and we feel we are so lucky to find comfort air and will for sure to use this company for all our future HVAC needs! Thank you John!

  John was a true professional. Diagnosed it promptly and went straight to taking care of the the issue. He was super nice and answered all my annoying questions. We were lucky to have John tend to our plumbing issues, will specifically request for him when we have any plumbing issues. 10/10 recommend John for the job

  Jon performed an annual summer maintenance on my Lennox package unit when discovered oil residue on evaporator coil & low on charging system. Jon explained to me & showed me pictures the pros & cons in laymen's term and I decided to buy a new A/C unit. Jon is very professional full of knowledge, even showed me on the thermostat a needed back up wire, which will also be installed.

  Talk about dedication to their work!!! Greg and Chris both came by to fix my broken sewer clean out pipe with connection to my kitchen sink on the same afternoon/evening after they quoted me. No Mickey Mouse work here, all the connections were strictly per California Plumbing Code. They were friendly, honest, and sincere. I’m a building official for a local jurisdiction and I watched the entire process and they definitely did a good job.
