  Right on time. Very courteous. Explained all procedures, and costs. Worked very hard and quickly. I wasn’t feeling well, so I appreciated his timeliness. PS always added and removed booties before entering house. I’d call you again, hopefully, I won’t have to. Thank you for sending an experienced service representative . He’s an asset.

  Aaron was professional and spent time educating us about the issues he found with our blower / heat exchanger in the attic. Importantly, he discovered a faulty installation (from the builder, not Alicia Air) and repaired the drip pan tilt angle. What really impressed me was the systematic way in which he diagnosed the problem. I am an engineer and can be critical about de-bugging. Aaron showed experience and skill. It is rare for me hire a firm that I would recommend to friends, something I have already done since Aaron's visit a few days ago. I wish I could give 6 stars. Look no further for you HVAC needs, this business is a gem.

  Josh came about a week after Scott diagnosed the problem and the parts came in. I was a bit worried that the same technician was not doing the repair, but worried in vain. Josh was amazing and so kind. And he followed Scott’s notes and fixed my system - no problem. Not the least expensive company, but I found you really do get what you pay for. Alicia Air knows their stuff, and is great at communicating - thanks to Rebecca in the office.

  Symptoms: "Cooler not cooling anymore on an old furnace and cooler.. Suspected Freon leakage." For my 40-year-old furnace and air cooler, the original cost and fixes were about $200/year. But problems were growing. The "Alicia" symbol was attached to my 40-year-old furnace. I looked up Alicia, called, and had a conversation, then a visit that were very honest from Josh about what might be the problem. Having done "fix-its" by my self, I decided it was now too old for fixing (both the furnace/AC and me). The Alicia HVAC crew of Josh and Stephen elegantly removed the old equipment and replaced it with a new combination heat pump/AC. The job was done perfectly and is now keeping our home at the right temperature. The crew took away the old furnace/AC, including all the old boxes and parts. Their project took about 7.5 hours including a perfect clean-up. The total cost for equipment and total cost of product, installation, and repair coverage for the first three years was just over $16000. The conversations were clear. I accepted the problems and fixes I had over the 40 years, and that a new system would improve costs and include a significantly better design and lower cost-of-using compared to the old system. Alicia company was great. I have friends who have been "taken". Example: needing only a replacement of the motor starter capacitor but convincing the customer a new HVAC was needed.

  We have been a customer of Alicia Air for several years. They installed our current Carrier system(s) and we have had very good experience with them. We have had both of our HVAC systems (upper and lower floors) replaced by Alicia Air . . . the first in 2018 for the upstairs unit which continues to operate flawlessly and most recently in July 2026 Alicia Air replaced our downstairs unit. Our project planning was handled very professionally, in a reassuring manner . . . and Bryan Perez was outstanding in explaining our options. The installation technicians arrived on time, outlined what their plans were for the day, prepared the area for potential messes that might occur, methodically did their job, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Arron and Stephon were very patient with all of our questions and installed our new Carrier Heat Pump seamlessly. As a result of our experience, we would recommend Alicia Air without reservation, for anyone needing HVAC replacement, new installation or repairs.
