They were able to get someone out who did a very thorough inspection, explained everything in terms that I could understand , and they provided an estimate to me in a very timely manner to help me make decisions moving forward about the purchase. We’ve used you on our current residence & will continue using you at our new place. Thank you!

I've taken a few bids in the last week and although I haven't seen the price from Alicia Air yet, Joe listened to my needs and concerns and he did a fantastic job walking me through those concerns. I've had a few bids come in and were outrageous. Not sure how this one will come in at but Joe himself was 5 star!!
