  I was having multiple problems with my AC. My home warranty company was giving me a run around with mixed diagnosis, warranty restrictions, added costs, & non- covered limitations. I called Alex at 72° Degrees and he came out & promptly & fully diagnosed the issues & gave me several options. He suggested, & I agreed, that replacement of my main unit was the best long term solution. The work was done perfectly & professionally and my entire system has never worked better. Based on this very positive outcome, that beat every warranty proposal, I then had Alex & 72° Degrees install a new, full AC/heating system replacement for a second family property I own. This included a complete new heating & air conditioning system with all new ductwork. The old existing ductwork was asbestos which required proper removal of all hazardous material. This job was a textbook example of extreme professional workmanship by 72° Degrees HVAC. The hazardous removal team came on day one & removed all ductwork & cleaned & prepped the job. Day two saw the depth of this company with multiple crews working in sync, yet without getting in each other's way. Work was completed in 2 days leaving just some minor cleanup & finishing touches to be done on day three! This was just an awesome display of professional expertise at it's finest! Alex has a Master's understanding of the HVAC business, having worked all aspects of it from the ground up. He can diagnose complex issues with understanding & clarity. This is a family business that Alex grew from scratch & built on trust. There is none better.

  Very happy with their service. They Came out and diagnosed the issue with my A/C Quickly. Saved me a lot of $. They were Right on time which is something I appreciate. What I appreciate even more is they made a simple repair and saved me a lot of $ compared to having to purchase a new system. This company is great and doesn’t try to sell you something you absolutely don’t need. I highly recommend AAA+++ Found a company i can trust. just like a good mechanic is hard to find, I’m glad i found them. Aside from doing the repairs needed, being on time and saving us money. They took initiative and did some small things needed to make my two separate ac units run more efficiently. Wrapping all of the copper tubing with rubber heavy duty insulation. (Not the cheap foam) checking for leaks, and unbending the coils the previous owners kids may have bent. Basically tuned up my system. Conclusion: obviously i like this company and highly recommend. Quality workmanship, Cost of repairs very reasonable prices , honesty, can definitely trust them. I feel the quality of the work done provided great value and will actually save me money down the road.

  These guys are awesome. They got my ac done in one day just like they said they would. They were prompt courteous and cleaned up all the mess they made. Even remove my old AC and threw it away for me. I highly recommend these guys to anybody who is looking for an AC. they are the best in my book.
