  Juan and his team are the best! I have a kitchen with original oak wood flooring that is over 25 years old! I wanted the exact same flooring put in the rest of the house. While other companies claimed they don’t make that size anymore (2 1/2 inch wide) lo and behold Juan found it! He went above and beyond to please. Now I have beautiful “custom” whole house flooring. Juan and his team gave us excellent service I highly recommend Arrowhead Floor & Window Coverings.

  We just received excellent service and response from Juan and his team at Lake Arrowhead floor And Window Coverings! We had a challenging repair and restoration on custom Draperies and Juan was able to think outside the box and come up with an excellent solution that was both cost-effective and timely. He was friendly, courteous and responsive. He also was timely in his arrival, time and completion of the installation. We are thrilled and will be planning on using him again soon.

  Amazing team.of professionals. Most of my praise goes to my man Jose. Jose is the point man for thr flooring division, conducting the field inspections, measuring and installation oversight. Arrowhead Flooring recently installed a beautiful wood floor in my 400 sf man cave. The installation was professional and clean. I could not be happier.

  When we purchased our remote (battery operated) blinds, John told us just give us a call and we'll replace the batteries for you!! Great! So, after 3 years the batteries needed to replaced, ....we called them, told us it would be $125! What? Thought it needed a special tool so scheduled an appt. Their guy comes out, while he's there I ask him, does this require a special tool? He says no, typically customers with windows high up/un reachable need us, you can replace the batteries on your own. So while he's there we have him replace the batteries in the other blinds so we don't get charged for another trip.....nope, they sent us a revised invoice for $155! When I called for the batteries to be replaced she asked do your windows require a ladder? We told her no, they are reachable. Why then didn't they offer instruction on how to replace the batteries ourselves? Unfortunately, they lost any future business from us and we will not reccomend them to anyone.

  We had Arrowhead Floor and Window Coverings install a carpet runner on our 1938 hunting cabin in Arrowhead Villas. John and Colleen are very professional and run a great business. They were punctual and on time for appts. and the installer Ryan took pride in his work. I loved the variety of samples to choose from in their store. We can't wait to have them out again as we chip away at our cabin "to do" list.
