  Outstanding Experience from start to finish!!! From the moment we walked into First Choice Flooring Kitchen and Bath, we immediately felt welcomed and appreciated. Meeting Fred and Neema made our decision incredibly easy. Hands down, they became our “First Choice”. They were incredibly knowledgeable, eager to offer design suggestions and shared an invaluable amount of product details with us. As a family owned business, they truly operate with a “our family to yours” mindset. They valued our time, commitment to doing business together and stood head and shoulders above others in the industry. We ended up choosing wood flooring for our entire main floor and new stone for kitchen. Not only were Fred and Neema outstanding, but their entire crew was as well. The flooring team, Chris, Javier, Martine and Francisco were fantastic and a pleasure to work with, great craftsmanship. The stone team, Jaime, Edgar, Jose and his lovely wife were equally wonderful. Renovating such an important part of your home can be quite stressful but this team made it a truly outstanding experience for which we are most grateful. I couldn’t recommend First Choice Flooring Kitchen and Bath more highly! Thank you all so much 🙏

  I had a fantastic experience with 1st Choice Flooring. Fred and his family were so very helpful and responsive to my flooring needs. I have pets and live in an upstairs condo so sound was a factor, They provided several options, and installed my flooring quickly and beautifully. The craftsmanship is exquisite and we are so happy with the results. Five Glowing stars for our whole family, pets included!!!

  First Choice Carpeting in Dana Point did a top notch job or replacing the carpeting in a downstairs office with carpeting that is "Pet Smart", which means that it can be cleaned and looks fresh. Fred was super about helping me pick out a carpet sample and then coming to my home to advise me about how it would look in such a small room. The installation was set up for the next week. The installers were terrific and did a wonderful job. Fred will be advising me on a future carpet for the family room.

  Five Stars!!! (And being a former teacher, I don’t give stars easily!) I have put off replacing my flooring for at least a decade. I just was not up for the decision-making, disorganization and cost. Fred changed that! He made the whole process so easy! He advised me regarding choices, responded quickly to any questions, was always upbeat, offered a good price and made the process go smoothly. I had LVP installed in my bathrooms, kitchen, and foyer. Carlos and Matias did the hard work. It was so beautifully done and well-crafted, I was wondering around staring at my floors for at least an hour after they left. Carlos told me to report anything that bothered me immediately and they would take care of it. I haven’t reported a thing and am still staring at my beautiful LVP floors! Francisco, Juan, and Alex came in like carpet ninjas! They carefully and quickly moved my heavy furniture. They treated it like it was their own and none of it was scratched, stained, or broken. They worked rapidly and with such craftsmanship. Ripping out the old carpet was done with precision and the new carpet installation is beautiful! Like Carlos, Francisco asked that I report any dissatisfaction and stated he would take care of it immediately. In addition, my home was left like they found it but better with furniture carefully put back in its place…and with perfectly installed new carpet! I’m a busy person. I don’t often write reviews because I just don’t have the time. But in this case, to-do list…shma-do list. These guys are the best and I would HIGHLY recommend them!
