We really had a great experience with the whole team. Starting with Edson. Angel Nolasco was so patient with me because I was not clear on how the systems was going to be installed. He took his time to explain a few of the changes that had to be made so not to impact the look of the house. He also tried to minimize the outside look. Which I am very happy to report came out good. Everyone from the installing team starting with Angel, Eleil , Edgar, Carlos, Pablo were very professional. Eleil and Carlos that came on the second day. Asked for our opinion and had suggestions as to where the drains ( not sure right term) should go. Instead of just putting it where it would have been easier for them. Highly appreciated that. Angel and Edgar came on the third day to finish and again Angel explained what would be done and delivered with a full explanation of how system operates. I would highly recommend this team. The office staff made an effort to communicate with us when an issues came up and when I didn’t answer my phone they called Eleil so they could talk to me and informed me of a delay. We feel that Temp Air System Inc is a well run company that has their customers interested first. Thank you, The Masumoto's

Angel and his whole team were great! They were prompt, communicative, and did a great job keeping everything clean and us informed about what was going on. We had to replace our ducted mini-spit system and Matt helped us figure out the best option that would work well and be the least impactful to getting it up as running. Highly recommend them.

Temp Air just replaced my entire HVAC system. From all the vendors I compared, Temp Air distinguished themselves, providing outstanding customer service! Ron Montes was the sales representative I worked with. He is attentive to quality, always available, fully understands the needs of the customer, and explained all the HVAC options. Ask for Ron Montes if you need an estimate. He is exceptional! The technicians at the house were careful, knowledgeable, and completed the work within the agreed upon timeframe. I’m extremely happy with their work!

Ron came out to do a quote for me on a home HVAC unit. It was obvious he was very experienced and knowledgeable about his industry and knew how to insure the job was done right. He offered options on units and installation. In addition he was able to address concerns I had on insulation and construction issues. He has a pleasure to talk with and got back to me with a competitive quote within the hour. I would highly recommend this company.
