  I’ve used them a couple of times for major work. The first time was to replace my main sewer line from my house to the middle of the street to attach to the city sewer line. The line was jammed with roots and the cast iron and clay pipe was damaged beyond what roto-rooting and a simple repair could fix. They used pipe bursting which meant they did not have to dig up the street, or my yard, to run the line but only the pipe end points. They did everything with a building permit, including the street connection. Most contractors are not licensed to connect to the city sewer when it is under the street (as most are). It was a one day job with a crew. Later I had them back to replace the sewer pipes under my house. This was also done quickly and with permits. Their crew made a point of working in a way that I could have water for part of the day and definitely at night between the three days it took to complete the sewer re-pipe job including the drywall patching. Their pricing was competitive (I got other bids), the work was prompt and professional, they used top quality materials, and they made a point to clean up thoroughly after themselves. I believe their work quality and pricing would be just as good for smaller maintenance work like roto-rooting or faucet replacement as it was for the major work I did. I’d use them again.

  I highly recommend Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter. Erik and his team came on time and delivered high quality work. Erik explained the details of his work first and gave me the recommendation of what I should do after the service. Marco, the owner, explained the scope of the work clearly when I called him. Their price was very competitive as well.

  After several days of trying to unclog the kitchen sink unsuccessfully, my son called them out to give it a try. The tech, Josh, was here in under half an hour and got right to work. He snaked it and then ran a camera into the pipe so we could take a look. Because they are old pipes, there was significant build up from grease, etc, and in a few places the opening was extremely small. He got the pipe open, but Josh was very good about explaining what could happen in the future and what’s recommended. He’s thorough, professional and very polite.

  I have two apartment buildings and a personal residence. After using a lot of plumbers over the years, I must say that Nathan is by far the best I have ever used. They're very fair and honest. He really knows his stuff. I highly recommend him to anyone that has plumbing issues, gas lines as well as drain lines.

  Very disappointed with the service. The technician couldn't get his large snake past the drain, so he just took a photo of the tip inside for his records to pretend he used it, then switched to a small snake. He claimed it was fine and left, but the toilet clogged right back up immediately. Now I have to hire another company to actually solve the problem. Total waste of time and money.
