  Overall Satisfaction: I loved the welcoming experience from Risewell Homes in the purchase experience! Sales Experience: What I loved about the sales representatives was that they were very helpful throughout the entire process! Construction Experience: Everyone is professional, helpful and welcoming at Risewell Homes! I definitely recommend them! Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: My orientation representative is very helpful, insightful and professional! Home Delivery: Everything about the home delivery experience was magnificent!

  Overall Satisfaction: As a first time buyer, everyone was great holding my hand through each step of the process! Sales Experience: Martha responded promptly whenever I had a question. Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: My concerns were addressed and if they didn't have an immediate answer, they got back with me. Home Delivery: Still cleaning some materials from yard. Interior was spotless.

  Overall Satisfaction: I liked how friendly and easy everything was. Everyone knew what they were talking about and kept their promises. I think communication post-sale could be better as we did have some minor hiccups. Overall fantastic experience. Sales Experience: Such a warm and friendly welcoming and knew exactly what we were looking for. Construction Experience: Listened to all of our feedback and went the extra mile to ensure we knew all of the details of the home. Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: Fantastic team to work with! Easiest home buying experience that anyone could have and it was such a smooth transition for our family.

  Have been in our home for over year. Were told to not do anything and report any imperfections or damage at our one year inspection. Had appointments set up for trades to come inspect and fix home. Have not had anyone show up for inspections or repairs. Have been trying to get ahold of a point of contact for now 5 months and have yet to hear back from anyone. We have not painted our home or added any decorations due to drywall cracks and imperfections we were told would be fixed at end of year. Do not buy a home from this company they do not hold to their promises. We are unable to connect anyone about repairs. Numbers on website do not work. Very disappointed to spend that much on a house investment for my family to get this service from the company.
