  We loved the open and transparent nature of the purchase process. From the moment we showed interest Valerie and Lori were quick to answer all questions and worked super closed with both my wife and I as well as our realtor. From start to finish they were friendly and worked to get us the best deal. Along with the excellent customer service, the incentives and promos were some of the best amongst new builds/builders in our area. Financing and closing were a breeze with continued support and transparency thru those process(s). We love our home and our new community and all the people that helped make it happen at Risewell!

  Overall Satisfaction: Everything was smooth and effortless. Didn’t have a single complaint Sales Experience: I loved how personable sales was. Even bought my son a needoh since he loved the one in the sales office so much. Construction Experience: One of the best experiences I have had working with a construction manager.

  Brand new home and the sewer gas is terrible in my home. Roswell has sent a plumber several times but they can’t figure it out and have stopped trying. My master bath is virtually unusable because the smell from the shower drain makes me physically sick. The stress from not having this resolved has caused significant flare-ups and illness in my body. The windows in my home barely work and many other problems in the neighborhood. Proceed with caution if you intend to purchase with them.

  Overall Satisfaction: Customer care was excellent from sales (Carey Burnett) to lending (Stefanie DelMar) to walk through (Kirk Talley and Justin) The Risewell team was responsive and made us feel valued as we walked through the buying process. Sales Experience: Carey Burnett communicated well and timely. Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: Kirk and Justin were thorough and informative. Home Delivery: Everything was above our expectations!
