  Overall Satisfaction: The home-buying process was easy and straightforward from start to finish, with clear communication throughout each step. The home was move-in ready, which made the transition very smooth. After living in the home for about two months, I have noticed a few cosmetic items that I didn’t initially see. I also experienced an issue with the air conditioning, but it was addressed and resolved. Overall, my experience has been positive so far. I’m hopeful that the home will continue to perform well and that there won’t be any significant issues going forward

  Absolutely a great experience. We bought a finished, ready to move-in home so did not experience any of the building process. Everyone on the Risewell team in Weatherford, TX were courteous and professional. They responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I would highly recommend buying a Risewell home.

  Overall Satisfaction: The best thing about our recent Risewell purchase was the absolute professionalism, patience, and compassion throughout the whole process we received from Chris Hartz. He was amazing during this buying process and made us feel like instant friends. He is an amazing asset with vast knowledge of the policies and product portfolio. We would buy from Chris again tomorrow if it were possible. Sales Experience: We had absolutely nothing to dislike about our sales rep and would buy again from him without hesitation. Construction Experience: James, our construction supervisor, picked out many things that we didn’t even notice during the blue tape walkthrough. And followed up in the correction of said issues. Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: We cannot pick one thing because the whole process was amazing Home Delivery: The best thing about that whole process was simply Chris handing us the keys with a smile and a hug!
