  Honestly, y'all did great. Carl was a fantastic resource And was patient with me. Compared to the other buyers in our area who went with a different builder, (many of whom have had a lot of issues and complains) I have zero complaints or issues with our home. Very happy with this purchase. Our first child was born into this beautiful home and I am so very appreciative of the memories he will have here.

  Overall Satisfaction: The purchase process was easy and every staff member that we worked with was very personable and helpful. Jen was the best and couldnt have made it through without her Sales Experience: Need more training on the tech side of the house Construction Experience: Didn’t deal with construction mgr Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: Could use more info on setting up thermostats as we are still working on getting that completed and it’s been almost a month Home Delivery: Love the Risewell team

  Overall Satisfaction: The entire experience involved transparent communication, a sales team that went the extra mile to ensure all of my needs were met, and speedy responses to every inquiry I had. Sales Experience: Joanne was amazing every step of the way. I really appreciated her transparency. Construction Experience: Angel was great at answering any questions or concerns I had during any walks or inspections. Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: The walk felt structured, but still allowed for me to ask questions and provide input on any concerns I had. Home Delivery: How timely everything was handled.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire home-buying process. I was kept informed every step of the way, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly. The customer service truly stood out—I always felt valued, supported, and well taken care of, from signing the initial contract through the final walkthrough. I'm also extremely impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout my home. It's clear that Risewell Homes takes great pride in delivering a finished product that meets high standards of quality and excellence.

  We recently bought our home through Risewell Homes, and overall, it was a fast, convenient, and seamless experience! What Went Great: Loan & Closing: Getting our VA loan was remarkably quick and effortless. The escrow process was equally convenient—having the notary travel directly to our previous location to complete the paperwork made the final steps completely hassle-free. Home Delivery: Prior to closing, we completed a full inspection, and I was very impressed that every discrepancy we flagged was fully corrected before move-in day. Area for Improvement: The only thing that could have improved our experience would be a more thorough explanation during the orientation regarding the property warranty coverage and the process for future service requests or investigations if issues arise down the line. Overall, we are very happy with our new home and grateful for such a smooth home-buying journey!
