  If I could give zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Unreliable, Dishonest, and a Health Hazard, Avoid This Company! I am writing this review to warn everyone to stay far away from this company. This company completely dropped the ball on a basic septic tank clean out, leaving me hanging for three days straight while dealing with endless runaround and pure incompetence. I scheduled a septic tank clean out on Sunday for a Monday appointment. When they failed to show up on Monday, they had the nerve to claim they called me to reschedule. I checked my entire phone record, not one single call or voicemail came through. That is a flat out, deliberate lie. Things only got worse from there. Tuesday passed with no resolution, and they pushed my appointment to Wednesday. On Wednesday, they claimed their truck/tank was "backed up" and tried to push it off even further. What they refuse to acknowledge is the severity of this situation: I have raw sewage backing up onto my floors with small children in the house. This is a literal biohazard emergency, yet they clearly couldn't care less. They offered no urgency, no accountability, and tried to use their "cheap" pricing as a shield for their incompetence. When I demanded to speak to a manager to address these lies at (11:57 AM on August 19, 2026) and the health crisis in my home, the receptionist outright refused to let me speak to anyone in charge. Blocking a customer from reaching management during a sanitation emergency is absolutely predatory and unprofessional. I don't care if they are the cheapest option in town ($675 septic clean out) if you value your health, your home, and honest service, do not hire them. They clearly do not care about their customers or the safety of the families they are supposed to be helping. I am taking my business elsewhere, and I will be making sure everyone I know hears about this experience, from the High Desert and so on. Save yourself the stress and the health risk, call literally anyone else.

  Awful company. Didnt fix the problem. Charged me an insane price. Rescheduled 3 times. Dont waste your time.

  Had a team of three out here to replace the main waterline into the house. They indicated everything was taken care of didn’t double check the work we had flooding underneath the house and in the front. The fire department was dispatched to help with the flooding and to turn off the water meter on the street. The next day a worker tried to fix the issue same problem. Had to bring another plumber to fix the problem they couldn’t fix. All and all three days of no water and a motel stay.

  The call center was courteous and professional. She informed me when to expect callback/service. The tech arrived on time. After I explained what I required to be done. Eddie explained what work he needed to do to accomplish it. I understood the process to resolve my request. He then informed me of the cost of repairs, I approved him at that time to do the repairs. I can now take a hot shower! I have used Rapid Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them when the need arises.
