Our kitchen sink was draining slowly so we had them snake the drain. Unfortunately they made a hole in the pipe and water/sludge started to leak into our kitchen floor. They quoted us $19,200.00 to fix the problem that they created, yes, you read that right, $19,200.00. This was in addition to snake and clear the bathroom problem. I told them I was going to get other estimates for the job they created. They got upset because I wouldn’t budge on the decision to get other estimates. So they got their stuff and left. They left a mess in the kitchen and outside. The job was not completed Don’t do business with this company. They are very very overpriced. If I could give them a zero rating I would gladly do that.

He said that unit should be good for about 3 to 5 years.The unit stopped working in about a week. We called them back to tell them that the unit had the same problem. They promised to come back and correct the problem for free and then changed their mind and asked for additional money. I would not recommend them to my worst enemies. They will take your money and keep charging additional fees for lousy service.
