  Alex came out today to service our AC, and we had a great experience. He was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also had great character—very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend Alex!

  We woke up to wet carpet in our guest room. Called Titan and they came that afternoon. Gunk on the line caused a leak. Alex & David did a great job flushing the line and re-routing the water pipe. Fast job & a fair price! We signed up for quarterly maintenance. Highly recommend this company.

  Friends and I are staying at this Airbnb unit and the HVAC wasn’t working for a full 24 hours…air wasn’t even coming out of the vents. The whole house was 89 degrees at night. Management co called Titan and their tech, Alex, showed up and got straight to work diagnosing the issues and identifying what the problem was. Within 30 minutes of his arrival, air started coming through the vents and within the hour, he got the system fixed and up and running. We thought we were in for a brutal weekend, with temps hitting 112, but Alex truly saved our weekend. These guys know what they’re doing and Alex came in so clutch. Definitely go with them.

  My experience with Titan was beyond exemplary I had a new AC unit installed last year with Esser and have had nothing but problems with it. But Titan to the rescue Sergio and his team at Titan were patient and explained every process so I could understand the repairs and service. Highly recommend!!

  Alex was amazing. He did refill leaked Freon and testes the system with injecting a sealant to ensure any leak spots are fixed. It is superb to get our AC working again especially on a day when the temps hit 115F. Would have no hesitation in recommending Titan again and Alex. He was polite and we could tell he enjoyed seeing our relaxed faces once the AC started to cool the home down again.
