  Great store tons and tons of options Dave was super helpful. we did end up buying our carpet their great prices very friendly. Highly recommend them. 👍

  This is our fifth time using Carpet Empire Plus, and once again they exceeded expectations. Michael Balian, the owner and our salesperson, is the reason we keep coming back. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about making sure you get the right product for your space and budget—never pushy, just genuinely helpful. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Michael took the time to walk us through options, answer all our questions, and make sure everything was handled perfectly. The quality of the carpet and installation is consistently excellent, which says a lot after using the same company five times. If you’re looking for a flooring company you can trust long-term, Carpet Empire Plus and Michael Balian are the real deal. Highly recommend!

  We purchased a small home in La Quinta, which came with antiquated tile and carpet from a much earlier time period; in short, it was dated. Not knowing who/where to turn to for assistance, our realtor provided us with Carpet Empire Plus. I visited the show room, and I had a wonderfully informative experience as I looked at different types of luxury vinyl flooring. I met Mike Tomlinson, and he took the time to go over all the various types of flooring. He was a repository of information and allowed me to take home various samples to look at. Once I made my decision, the process moved quickly, methodically, and precisely organized. There was no long waiting game. Mike Tomlinson, who is not only knowledgeable but extremely personable, informed me that the Owner Michael Balian would be out to do the measurements. He scheduled the appointment (at my request) quickly, and as said there was no long wait time. The proprietor Michael Balian arrived at the agreed upon time, took measurements, and, such as Mr. Tomlinson, provided a great deal of information about the quality and grade of luxury vinyl; both thoroughly knew their products. A few points to note: (1) The estimate was provided quickly, (2) The estimate was reasonable, and (3) The project began and ended on the exact day and time that the owner stated. In addition, each worker took great care with our belongings. In addition, each worker was polite, courteous, and provided a summation of work completed each day, as well as what would occur the day following; since that time, we have had no major issues. We were thrilled and completely satisfied with the finished project. The old tile was so uncomfortable to walk on. The new luxury vinyl wood-like planks are comfortable and installed beautifully. If we have had an issue, e.g., a spill or some minor issue, the company has been quickly responsive in helping us rectify the issue. We had more remodeling completed after the flooring was put down in our home, and the remodeler damaged the flooring that had been installed. I called Mike Tomlinson, who by the way is one of the nicest (and I would add funniest) people I have met to date. He politely responded to issues, and he had one of the individuals who completed the job make contact immediately. What I appreciate about Mike Tomlinson is his easygoing demeanor, and I would again add his genuinely personable style. Nowadays, many businesses are driven by an impersonal nature--this is not the case at Empire Carpet Plus. In fact, we were so happy with the flooring, we went back for custom carpets. The carpets were cut exactly as measured, and Mike made a diagram of where each carpet was to be placed (thorough); so thorough in fact that the day the carpets were delivered (as I had forgotten where each carpet was to be placed), Mike's diagram allowed the delivery team to expeditiously place the carpets in their exact places. So--again--if you are questing for a flooring and carpet company with an owner and sales associate who have integrity, a personable demeanor, and a loyalty to customer satisfaction--go with Carpet Empire Plus. You will NOT be sorry.

  Crooked carpet (careful when choosing textured because if it's installed like ours was - it feels like a little house of mirrors ish!), -wall damage -carpet glue in the carpet and on tile -grout damage -baseboards primed not painted (paid for painted) -furniture taken apart roughly (broken) and reassembled incorrectly -nails sticking out of the ground -and more :( I called Chip - he said it would all be fixed but the crew would come out on different days. Chip became unavailable and Karen was our contact to schedule repairs and things became more frustrating from there. With all the headache we experienced with installation (including the installers not taking responsibility for a hole they put in the wall), the back and forth in order to schedule repairs (taking time away from work to accommodate different days for baseboards and wall repairs etc.) we hit a wall - cancelled any repair appointments and did the repairs, where we could, ourselves. Every payment that is made on this carpet is a reminder of the frustrating experience. Save yourself the stress. We did not feel that they ever truly wanted to make this right and that is why I would not recommend this company for your carpet installation. Cheaper is NOT always better. Crooked carpet sucks. I'd asked for the owner's contact info but it has not been provided. We waited sometime to write this review in order to give Carpet Empire Plus Indio time to reach out to us first, but they have not.
