Their installers, Sal and George were awesome especially when it came to the stairs and they stayed a couple hours extra so they wouldn’t have to come back the next day. They did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend Bixby Plaza Carpets. I might add they had previously done our downstairs LVP flooring which we’re very happy with. They are always available to help with any questions.

Darin, the sales representative brought a nice variety of samples & thoroughly provided good information about the quality & pricking. Then Norberto the installer came & did a spectacular job of giving us a beautiful carpet. Great service!

Darin’s team pulled old carpet and padding and installed all new carpet and padding in one day (180+ sq yards including stairs). Could not believe how professional and efficient the installers were. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality flooring and installation.

A flooring company for 20 years, says they have specific type of stairs and day of installation bring the wrong one and suggest another company come do it. What???? The flooring company of 20 years doesn’t have flooring that was ordered and suggests another company to take advantage. No thank you! Stair price was “removed” from estimated invoice and never said the price that would be deducted. End result was an itemized invoice with made up prices to fill the gap of the stairs that weren’t installed and claim extra costs in “materials” I do not recommend Bixby Plaza Carpets and Flooring company to anyone!
