  Very pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Raymond was my service technician who came out and helped me with my problem. He was professional, took care of my problem and was very respectful. I would highly recommend Raymond and his company for any plumbing needs you might have.

  They never showed up for the appointment. I called and their reply was “we will only come to give you an estimate if WE get to do the work”. No reason for the no-show. I’m pretty sure 99% of plumbers don’t operate this way. Now I’m getting text after text to review the service that was never even attempted.

  This company did have a 5 star review from me after their great representative came to my home. When the rep called me on my personal phone - twice - to solicit the review from me (even after I already left the review), I should have know something odd was up. However, I figured it was just a gentleman hustling for his company - I appreciated it. New came the text messages asking for more reviews - every two weeks at 2:54PM. I sent them messages asking them to stop but they keep on coming. So, be warned, it appears if you use this company, they will give your data to a marketing company for constant follow ups. If I knew this, I would have never used them and I would have gone elsewhere.

  Was looking urgently for a solution for a non-operational kitchen faucet that had to be fixed today in advance of the holiday weekend. After several calls to other vendors, I found Benjamin Franklin and they were professional, courteous and most importantly, available. Richard came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair my issue and the company honored their original quote for diagnosis. Great to have a company that does great work and stands behind their policy.

  I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Huntington Beach for a persistent tapping sound we heard every time we turned on our shower. We had literally had 4 other professionals look at our shower without resolution of the issue. Raymond came out the day after we called. He was willing to come out the day we called but we had a scheduling conflict. He was honest about the issue, explained the fix clearly and worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the reliable service and professional attitude, and the price was fair. Our drain pipe was under so much pressure it could have burst without repair! Ray fixed the drain and we haven’t heard the sound since. I felt confident everything was done right and would definitely choose them again for any future plumbing needs, such as a water heater installation. Excited to call them next time I need a plumber near me. Thank you Ray!!
