  Very honest people. We have had to find a new company as other family business we have used for 30 years is basically doing plumbing now. They were very informative on when they were coming and gave us honest opinion on how to deal with our overall issue of water leaking from our until in the attic. They even helped us to get to another person to start to help so we could use our home owner insurance. Will be using them from now on!

  Highly recommend this company. They were on time and the tech did not try and fix anything that wasn’t wrong. Price was right too. Give them a try , they have been around a long time. A plus.

  Out with the old and in with the new... everything was perfect! All the technicians and office staff were extremely professional, great communication - can't say enough good about this company. I would definitely recommend them!

  Miguel, inspected our 21 yr old units thourly and upon each step pointed out the problems with our aged units. We went several scenarios and opinions. My wife and I had a good understanding Of our options. We decided to replace both units and take advantage of our Cost savings incentives. We appreciate Mike and Miguel professional advice And patience with us. We are along time customer and would recommend West country to any one who is looking for an honest and reliable Heating Air Company.
